Very run down room with minimal effort to fix things (wallpaper patched with packing tape, no cover on the bathroom fan which didn't work, causing the bathroom ceiling to be falling off...) and the carpet was so dirty our feet came out looking like we'd been waking on asphalt. However, the cleaning staff is doing a great job, because the linens, bathroom, and wipeable surfaces were all clean. Seems like management needs to prioritize some money for repairs.

Love this place cozy

We stayed here for two nights and it was just average. They advertise free WiFi, which is not true because it just doesn't work, the network is there, but you just can't connect. The sheets from my bed were not changed before my check in. Breakfast was ok and the bathrooms were clean. Will try to avoid Quality inn in the future if I can.

Has a better feeling than a 2 star hotel. I recommend the king jacuzzi suite. Jordan and staff did a great job at accommodating my fiancée and going above and beyond with a celebration package. He also got me the best deal in town for boat night when other hotels were charging an arm and a leg. I would stay here again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Comfortable and inviting are two words to describe this Best Western hotel. This was our first stay here and we'll definitely be back. The place is clean and front desk people are welcoming. Since we slept in (beds are very comfortable) we didn't make it to breakfast so I can't comment on that but all in all the stay was good. Thank you Best Western Port Huron, MI

Can't give this Merriott connected Inn a very good review. The bed was killer on both my back and my sisters. We were glad we only needed the room for two nights. The room key was troublesome and I had to get it addresses 3 times while staying there. The breakfast was pretty good with lots if variety. The breakfast room is quite small but the staff are wonderful all the way through. So all things considered it is a nice enough Inn to stay. We were grateful to get this room so late on the weekend of the MacKinac boat races. We were visiting our home town of some 34 years ago. It is still a lovely destination and we visited a number of dear friends.

Room is musky. Bugs in the windows. Dust everywhere. Hope the bedding is clean. We didnt bring sleeping bags. Havent seen any bugs..

My friend was gonna rent me and my child a room for the night and when he went in to get the room he was turned away the guy at the friend desk told him there wasnt any rooms available...so i went in he told me there was rooms available and then said no when i told him i have a child...smh

It's a good cheap motel basic rooms nothing fancy, has comfortable beds and seams to be a quiet place to stay

Had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and looked just like the picture on the website. Stayed for one night in the middle of the week and it was quiet. Would definitely recommend !

This is a very nice hotel. It is nice and clean and in a great location. There is a very nice indoor pool you can even swim in if you're not a hotel guest. They offer rollaway beds as well.
