I read the reviews here. There is no mis communication in the store. They are like that. I strongly believe that if you are not going to spend $500 or better, they don't want to waste their time. The repair on my bracelet was a horrible job and they could not give me a written receipt stating what they did. He broke it further. Aldo....I'm the paying customer. You inconvenienced me. They are fake. Aldo is not friendly. He acts like it is an inconvenience to him that you stepped into his store. His store is old. His views are old. His English is not understandable. Don't waste your time . There are other fine jewelers for purchasing and for repair.....1 right across the street, 1 at the Millenia Mall, 1 right on Kirkman toward Colonial, etc.

I am a collector of Tanzanite. My husband and I wandered into this lovely store while vacationing in Orlando. The people were warm and knowledgeable. We purchased a beautiful Tanzanite ring. It was the perfect ending to a perfect vacation. We plan to visit them again soon.

I got my replacement wedding ring from Delores after being mistreated at Diamond Exchange. Im so happy Delores was here for me and my husband! We were treated so well we bought my husbands rings here as well as ear rings and a bracelet for my daughter! We'd never go anywhere else!
