I went in today to get new batteries for two watches and to get links taken out of another watch. They greeted me upon arrival and said they would be with me shortly. One lady finished with a customer and did not seem like she wanted to help me until another coworker asked again if I had been helped even though she was busy. Finally the other lady came over to me but had a condescending way about her and was not friendly or helpful. To make a long story short another employee who was very sweet and helpful ended up having to fix what the other woman messed up, and what should have taken ten minutes took over forty five minutes. They offered me a mere $2 discount for waiting so long. $22 to get links taken out of a watch is way overpriced anyway. They only reason I am giving 2 stars is for the sweet, helpful girl but unfortunately I didn't catch her name. First lady was very rude!!

Jewels Forever,and his staff helped me find the perfect men's wedding band! I'm an alternative kind of guy and wanted something with flair. Their selection of men's rings is funky and eclectic. I looked all over CA and downtown as well and kept finding the same run of the mill rings. But I really hit the jackpot at Artisan CA . I actually had to chose from 3 different ones that I liked! The customer service and knowledge of gems and metals is second to none. The vibe is very laid back and yet professional. I've been back since to resize my ring and even brought my wife's ring for a steam cleaning. It was done to perfection. They even oxidized my ring to give it a real rustic look. I get compliments on it daily! I'm so relieved that I found the perfect ring for life.

These guys are the most polite, helpful and respectful jewelry store I have ever been to. I took a ring to them to he resized. Not only did the do a great job resizing the ring but they also repaired a damaged setting too. I also bought a set of earrings from them as well. They were fairly priced and my wife loves them and wears them often. I am more than happy with GoldWorks and they will be my go to jewelers. I STRONGLY recommend Goldworks in Half Moon Bay for any jewelry repairs or purchases.

Hard to find a Rolex store in your neighbourhood, unless you are in Carmel-by-the-sea !!! Nice store to shop to Rolex branded products.
