Jewellery

I love Zales. The jewelry is beautiful and when I order something online or bring something in for repair, they call me to inform me it is in.

I have had a wonderful experience doing business with them. I had a ring that the band broke, I brught it in to them at the recommendation of a family member and their service and the repair far exceeded what I had expected and the repair cost was less than I expected also.

Awesome customer service!!

I would not go there. My now husband went there to get my wedding band and the diamonds were the best he could find in town, BUT the settings were lacking. He had designed one thing and got something less. I took it back to get the prongs fixed because they were catching on everthing. It took a long time to get it back and when I got it back they charged me a lot and the problem hadn't been fixed. Now that the ring is 4 years old one of the prongs has broke off of it after I got it "fixed."

Fabulous place to learn and grow!

This is really a fun jewelry store. It has a wide enough selection of very pretty, well-priced jewelry to suit my personal and gift-giving needs. The quality if also quite amazing. The lady who helped me was friendly and knew her pearls (quite passionate about it, really). I have since, and will be coming back for more.

Friendly and professional service. Got my engagement ring here. Staff was very friendly. I recently went back for a ring cleaning and check up. The lady who helped us was amazing and actually spent time to talk and explain things. This store is great!
