Never again! Tried returning a $50 keychain that broke after 3 days. Couldn't return right away as I live an hour away. Came in with receipt and the assistant, snooty and rude manager named Catherine Hayes wouldn't even do an even exchange. I agreed to take another keychain, a smaller one but wanted to charge me a difference in price. Wasted time and gas for a crappy $50 keychain. The worst part was when I asked for her manager's name and number, she refused to give me the info and insisted I go to the website. She wouldn't even give me her manager's name. Never again will I spend another penny in this store nor will my family. She needs retraining and her coworker was just as snooty and rude. Instead of trying to help me they were finding ways to blame me for the faulty product.

Great place and good price

Today I went and got my third piercing and I’m always weary of where to go. The girl working there made everything feel effortless. I didn’t feel uneasy at all and it was done in about 10-15 minutes!

I bought my ring at Diamontrigue in San Antonio and the store closed. I contacted Diamontrigue of Lubbock and they honored the same policy. Susan was very friendly and helpful.

Best James Avery location, been to others that have good ratings but didn't own up to the rating. But at this location, they are the best, Yvonne helped me out she is great greeted me with a friendly smile, knew right away what I was looking, after my poor description, she was a great help. My mother passed away 3 years ago and I am getting ready for my wedding. I had quite the collection of cocktail rings that she had that I would never wear, so I went to Moses to see if we can re-purpose anything. Joey has infinite patience and worked with me to come up with this beautiful design. I've got a couple of things left over and I'm excited to work on the earring drawings next! My wedding band is custom from here, my wedding jewelry is custom from here, and the only thing I am sad about is one day when I move away from this town they won't be right down the road anymore.
