Was greeted by manager who was very friendly and professional. I picked up my order in store. He opened my watch for me - allowed me to try it on, ensured I was happy with it, and set the time. Outstanding service and reputable company to buy your diamonds, jewellery and watches.

I bought a 3 diamond engagement ring 4 years ago and paid £800. Today one of the diamonds have fallen out and is lost. I phoned to complain and asked for Customer Service or Head Office phone number, 2 members of staff informed me they're not allowed to give it out and that I can only get in touch by email.. What kind of company have no Customer Service??!!! What a joke and what shite products they sell!!!!

Honestly some of the most beautiful jewellery i've seen, unique, modern and classic all at the same time, and what makes it so special is Katie and the team are so friendly and genuinely want to help you find that special piece of jewellery - they could even make it from scratch. I'd never go anywhere else for jewellery now, highly highly recommend!

Ordered a Nomination charm I couldn’t find in the shops, the week before Christmas, arrived as promised on Tuesday and at a better price.

I've been using John Greed for a little while, mostly to order Pandora charms for myself and as gifts. I have just received a beautiful nomination bracelet and charms which they fitted for me before sending on to me. Service is fantastic, emails are answered quickly and the jewelry is always sent with all the boxes and in just a few days, even if you have requested bespoke engraving. I won't ship anywhere else for either of my brackets now. I don't even think the stores can compete with the excellent customer service you receive at John Greed!

Just collected my redesigned and reset diamond engagement ring that had been damaged beyond repair. Stunning! Highly recommended, Jo creates the most gorgeous jewellery, worth a visit to treat yourself or to redesign something new from something old.

Great customer service by Karen and the team at F.Hinds in Hemel Hempstead, polite and helpful. They really helped us choosing our ring and nothing was to much trouble. A well deserved 5 stars!

Good resonble prices open every day

The worst customer care service I have experienced. Phones are never answered, neither are emails. Store manager does not respond to requests to call back. Had to contact the head office to find out why my watch repair has been on-going for almost 3 months.

Friendly and helpful service. Prices can sometimes go down 10% if you negotiate and are lucky but otherwise can't complain
