My grandmother's jewelry needed repair. Very nice job. Nice customer service. Very happy will return for repairs or possibly some antique clocks he has.

Spertner's has bought gold and silver from me on several occasions and I have always been treated fairly and kindly. Recommend highly.

David was incredibly friendly, helpful and informative. He saved my having to send a watch off to Bulova. I got it back yesterday and can't say how happy I am.

Do not trust this! It is not a real place! It takes you to apartments and townhomes. The phone number isn't even in service. I drove an hour and a half in a snow storm for nothing!

Don’t bother taking any jewelry here to be sized. They have ruined my wedding rings. The first time I took my rings in to be sized they came back fine. The last time they ruined them. My wedding band is lopsided, not round, and so thin I’m scared it’s going to break. I cannot understand why the band came back so thin on the bottom when I was having the ring reduced in size! I have gorgeous rings and now they are awful. I told the person giving my my rings they are lopsided and not round and she said “that’s how they are supposed to be” no, they aren’t. rings are round not uneven and an unidentifiable shape. Moreover, while I was speaking with the associate a manager ( I presume), a woman with blond hair, went to the jewelers who were sizing rings and started yelling about how sick and tired she was of customers thinking they can get whatever they want and asking for things. I was absolutely amazed that 1. She would say that in front of a customer, I’m standing right there, and 2. People are paying a large amount of money for this jewelry, they have the right to ask and make sure the items are what they want. Some of the employees here are nice and very helpful, but I don’t recommend taking your rings here to be sized and apparently this female manager doesn’t want to help customers.

I have visited this location for watch assessment/repairs twice now and had the pleasure of working with Jerome on both occasions. I don’t typically take the time to write reviews, but had to make my experiences with Jerome known. He was very professional, knowledgeable, passionate, caring, patient, understanding, has excellent customer service and communication skills, and was just a joy to work with. I will certainly be bringing my future business back to this location to work with him again, and be recommending my peers to do the same. Thank you for all your help, Jerome!

Looked for a gift for my mother on her birthday, not only was Peyton able to help me find and look at products, but she also gave me her opinion and was very nice, made gift shopping nearly perfect for me.

Their staff was amazing, even at 8 am on Black Friday. A girl named Rachel greeted everyone when they walked in, and staff was constantly checking in on us even though they were packed. Great customer service!

Very friendly and knowledgeable people here. I felt respected a a customer, as they did not patronize or talk down to me. A very fair transaction. I will go back based on this experience.
