If it were possible I’d give 0 stars, absoutley terrible customer service. I went in to get my ring cleaned and I was waiting in line and just because I wasn’t purchasing anything they started helping the guy who came in after me... and then put his things threw the cash while I was standing at the cash the whole time... then I asked a lady if they sold real diamond earrings for infants or that would work for infants... and she told me no that baby’s can’t wear real diamonds because they will fall out. I went to the charm store in Ottawa and bought a 500$ pair of earrings for my baby that fit great... the staff In Cornwall are very unintelligent. I went to the charm in Bayshore mall they were extremely kind and helpful.

Bulova watch on protection plan had to be SENT AWAY to have battery changed. Will get back in 3 weeks. Seriously??

Purchased a ring and pendant last year unfortunately the stone in my ring fell out and was lost. I contacted the jewelry company and they were so helpful. They found a new stone and and replaced it. No charge at all. I did up upgrade the setting but that was my choice. They did an amazing job and kept me informed every step of the way. It did not take a lot of time. Thanks Dennis and Brandi. This lovely little shop has a variety of gifts of home accessories and decor. It also has a small, but very well stocked yarn shop. The yarn shop portion sponsors special events and holds classes and it has a cozy atmosphere. I was surprised at the nice variety they carry, in both price and quality, of yarns, tools, books and patterns, all beautifully displayed. There is something for every knitter or crocheter to fit their skill level and budget. I found a lovely, large hank of beautiful alpaca yarn at a reasonable price, even with the exchange rate. And the staff was attentive and friendly, but not at all pushy. I don't get to Sarnia often, but this gift shop will be on my list of errands from now on.

He was horribly rude to me when I went in for an appraisal! Actually screamed and yelled at me and was swearing even! I couldn’t believe it almost. He’s a horrid little troll and lucky I really needed that appraisal done right away because I would have went toe to toe with him. Now I see he’s run off with everyone’s jewelry and on the front page of Times herald with a wanted poster! And was always late on his rent and was actually evicted. I hope they catch him soon! I see that are offering a 1000.00 reward. If I knew where he was, I’d turn him in for free!

Local and friendly. Did a ball park estimate for me at no charge. Recommended a competitor for a service. Small selection on display but are a small business. They can craft virtually anything the customer would like.

Even through the pandemic she assured me my ring would be safe and secure. And I was surprised my ring was sized so early. I love my diamond band !!! It's beautiful. Wonderful customer service. Made a large ring purchase which had to be returned for repair and eventually exchanged for another ring. We were treated with understanding and a commitment by Charm to keep us happy as a customer. Kudos to Rachel and the Manager for taking care of us so well.

It was an enjoyful time buying charms in this branch. All the staff are frindly and ready to help. First time, Sally🥇 helped us very much. At our second experience (March 17th) Alena 🌸 was very patient and friendly and helped us with new Queen Bee charms and ring. Alena asked my boy if he wanted any cup-cake that was very nice. The whole store has a very pleasant golden designe, baloons, ribons and ... . I guess there is always a promotion in this Pandora.
