I bought my ring online when I was in Vancouver and brought it into Congers' Jewellers after a recommendation from the jeweller who resized the ring, to have it appraised. David was thorough in his explanations before, during, and after the appraisal. Afterwards it was discovered that some features of my ring were not as advertised. Using David's appraisal as documentation I was able to fully recover the amount I overpaid for the ring. David offered good advice when I asked him how to approach asking for a refund. I'd come back for future jewelry related needs.

Excellent service! A pleasant experience. I was immediately greeted by the owner, Moe - very welcoming and professional. Showcases are beautifully organized and clean. Location is easy to find and safe.

Very reasonable prices, and a fairly wide selection. They have polished stones, display pieces, beading strings and more. Friendly staff who are easy to chat with. Small store but worth a visit.

I bought my engagement ring from Steven Bernard. It was overall an incredible experience. He walked me through each step of the process, helped find a ring and stone that fit my budget and taste, and even helped customize the parts of the ring I did not like. I was extremely happy with the finished product and will continue to go there if I need any more jewelry. Overall 11/10 and I will shop there again.
