Very impressed with the quality of the customer service. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Would recommend a visit to anyone from out of town.

Everything sparkles, the product is top quality and the value is very reasonable.

The customer service at Michael Hill in Bayshore was amazing! The sales ladies were so patient and friendly and they helped me find the perfect gift for a good friend. Thank you once again :)

I was comparing prices for a pair of gold bands between the shops in the mall and the sales associate tried to push completely different, and more expensive bands on me. They were nice enough that I said that my husband might like them but I wanted to have him see them when his shift finished across the road in less than an hour but she wouldn't have it. She was already pulling out the paperwork to put these rings on a credit plan, which I didn't want or need. When I told her that I wanted to wait the hour and let my husband decide if he liked the rings and make sure that I got the right size, she insisted that I should just buy them right now and if they didn't fit or he didn't like them, I could just return them. Needless to say, she was extremely pushy about the sale. A wedding is stressful enough to plan without having to deal with these sorts of sale tactics. I will not be returning and I bought my rings elsewhere. Go to Charm diamond centers instead.

Employees at this location are great! I've never had a bad experience here, they really go above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about this Ricki's location.

Some good quality products can be purchased here. Ricky's have good sales.
