Great staff and great products!

Worst place to get your ears pierced they will be very uneven and they don’t stand behind there product and expierence workers that don’t know what they are doing

Cameo Jewelers has always had just the right piece of jewelry for me and for gift giving too - at the right price! The jewelry is so unique, and customer service is great. Always liked the Chardon Store and the now the new Mentor Store too.

Very nice people that work there. And they have fancy jewelry too. And watches too.

If I could I would give them a zero star rating.I went in to get my jewelry inspected,I told Cody that I didn't have any of the paper work and it's on my husband's card, but I'm on it as well. He proceeded to "update me in the system" then proceeded to tell me my husband has to update his info as well. A week later I received a charge card in the mail no paper work and my name spelled wrong. Cody signed me up for a card without me knowing. I tried calling Roxanne the distract manger for a little over 3 weeks have not received a call. I also tried calling Cody so they can try to work with me to get the card off my credit score, his response every time is he hasn't gotten an email back from his home office. The customer service is horrible, it's taking about a little of 3 weeks of me calling to get a 25 dollar gift card. I'm still waiting on a response from Roxanne and the "home office". I will not go to this store or buisness again! I suggest you stay far away as well.

The two wonderful women that helped us were AMAZING. I cannot remember their names because I am horrible about that but both are newer to the store. The consultant was so sweet and she was informative without being pushy. The manager was so kind and she made sure we were happy when we left. I'm sure we will be back soon!

Went in to have some family heirlooms appraised. They didn't take the time to look at anything- they were only interested in gold.

One of the few Jewelers that does in house work. For this reason alone, I have used them for years as have my parents. All work has always been completed sooner than quoted. Also, they personally call and inform me of upcoming large sales or special presentations once or twice a year which is a nice reminder to have my wife's jewelry cleaned and inspected to keep up with extended warranties that can be added at time of purchase. Always a pleasure to do business with. I hope they are around for many more years.

I took a picture of this kiosk earlier today to post on google maps and the girl working here threw a fit and called security on me. I was forced to erase the picture by a very bored security guard. The mall itself is a sinking ship and the people working there rarely get any type of excitement. If the way I was treated today was a glimpse of how others are treated when shopping at these stores it's no wonder locals don't spend their money here.
