Purchased a ring and pendant last year unfortunately the stone in my ring fell out and was lost. I contacted the jewelry company and they were so helpful. They found a new stone and and replaced it. No charge at all. I did up upgrade the setting but that was my choice. They did an amazing job and kept me informed every step of the way. It did not take a lot of time. Thanks Dennis and Brandi. Absolutely amazing service. My boyfriend bought me a necklace and a ring about half a year ago, and bought the protection plan for both. Today, we went in with a missing diamond on my ring. We got help immediately, with a friendly smile from Liz, and were out within 2 minutes. Will definitely be going back. We LOVE Liz!!!

They don't want you to return anything, and then they rip you off. Contacting the attorney general office and filing a conplaint. And will never shop there again.

The WORST customer service. I was there to shorten the band for my watch and two employees were talking to each other and took her 15mins to get started.

I have two pandora bracelets and twice have gone in there to have issues with beads (silver w/gold one with bead) with my receipt both times they did not stand behind their product. Walked down to Hannoush they took care of the problem even when I told them they were purchased at the Pandora Store. I will never shop there again and have told my family who buys me beads to not purchase from this Pandora store.

Don’t let them touch your watch! Stopped in to ask if it was possible to get a battery changed in my son’s watch (it was not a Fossil brand watch). The employee was kind and stated they usually don’t replace anything but Fossil brand watches, but if he could get it open he would do it for $10.50. He got it open and replaced the battery put the case back on and handed it back to my son. My son tried to adjust the time but the crown/pin would not pull out and we couldn’t adjust the time. On closer inspection we noticed the case back was not put on straight. Meanwhile the store said there would be no charge. I was not sure what had happened so we took it to a jeweler at the mall and he explained the stem was most likely broken because the case back was not put on in correct alignment. He opened the watch and sure enough that was exactly what had happened. W were quoted $60 to fix the watch. We returned to the Fossil store to speak with the employee hoping he would offer to pay for the repair. He was adamant he had not broken the watch but his hands were shaking so badly he dropped some of the pieces. The Manager on duty listened from the counter but did not offer to help or show any interest whatsoever. Consumer beware is all I have to say. I will never shop there again. Yes, I’ve purchased a watch from them in the past but will not be making that mistake again!!

I had an amazing experience at the Claire's in the Ithaca Mall today! I went to get my lobes pierced again, to get second and third holes. Heather was so wonderful. She made me feel comfortable and made the experience extremely enjoyable. She was very careful and took her time, which reassured me that my piercings would be done right. They look wonderful and I couldn't be more satisfied. She does an excellent job!

The Gal's their at the Pagoda were fantastic! I was shopping for something special for my wife and they helped me through the whole process seamlessly!! I would highly recommend stopping up and see'ing them TODAY, very professional and polite.
