New manger is very helpful and insightful about jewlery. Cares about his customers. Answer every question and was never impatient. Made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. Will be doing all my jewelry shopping with him.

Bought a nose hoop here and after trying to change my nose ring and being told it was real silver it broke right in half and I'm told there's no refunds. Waste of time and money id recommend not buying any nose jewelry here although the staff was nice this was just upsetting.

I highly recommend Mark and his team! Mark helped my fiance with a few beautiful necklaces for me. He and his team were then in on the surprise of the most absolutely stunning diamond ring that he and my fiance created. I've received numerous compliments and have told everyone about Mark and his team! Thank you!!

Went to Claire's to get our cartilage done today, since my sister is sensitive to jewelry the woman highly recommend the diamond stud. After just leaving pagoda we assumed the price would be about $40.00 as it was there. The associate DID NOT tell us the price. She just explained that for me to get the other earring it would only be $8.00. We get to the counter to pay and the total comes up as over $100.00. I demanded to talk to a manager and explained to her that the woman did not once say the price was $99.00 for the earring, as we would never spend that much money on a tiny stud, we would've gone with the cheaper titatiam option. She told us that we could TAKE THEM OUT AS SHE COULDNT GIVE US A DISCOUNT. So we are now walking around the mall with bleeding holes in our ears! Don't bother waisting your money at a place that treats their customers this way. Being treated this way as an adult, I can only imagine how they treat the teenagers that come in here.

Zales replaced my ring that had a stone missing and gave me a lifetime warranty!

Poor service and communication. Soldered a ring FOUR times before explaining that soldered jewelry should not be worn in a pool. Did not apologize, offer any money back, and by then it could no longer be repaired,

I was really disappointed when i went shopping for a dress and the Chatham store no longer gets shipments for them at their store!! For a store that has dress wear and NO dresses is really odd!!

For years the kind staff at Peoples Jewellers have managed to make me look good for events such as birthdays, mother's day, and even a wedding.

I recently was in the store to buy a ring for a present. There were none in the store but not long after I returned home I had a call from Sharon who managed to find one for me. Just excellent service. A few days later my sister and I were in the store to look at gold chains. Maggie was able to find something in our price range and has been extremely helpful to us in picking out an initialized disc to go with the chain. A huge thank you to both ladies. What a wonderful experience for two senior ladies. Great staff!

If you’ve driven by their Chatham storefront and took a look at their gorgeous shop windows... browsed In store at their beautiful jewels or awed over some of their social media posts of their luxe jewelry ... you’ll already know what I’m talking about! This mother + daughter team are what dreams are made of! From the delicate jewels for everyday wear to keepsake pieces, this store has it - and personally I want it all! My dad has been buying me pieces here since I was 7 years old. To this day, there’s nothing more exciting than seeing the “Sonya roe jewelry bag” under the Christmas tree! I cherish my sweet little children rings + tiny necklaces I still have from years past, and truly wear a few of their layered necklaces daily. Fun fact?! You don’t need to spend a fortune to pick up some special pieces here.
