I love Kay jewelers.... well usually that is. This particular Kay jewelers customer service is beyond unacceptable. The first time I went to this particular location, a larger gentleman helped me. He didn't greet me, smile or even try to say have a nice day when I left. I went there to simply send my wedding set to get its yearly rodiumize. Honestly if I had gone there to buy jewelry, I would have turned around immediately and run to buy it at the Zales instead. Today, I went to pick up my rings. I walked in smiling saying good afternoon, I'm here to pick up my rings. Both gentlemen just stared at me. Didn't say anything. Finally after about two min of me standing there akwardly, the same gentleman said "I'm over here" very rudely. If I wasn't in such a good mood, I would have demanded to speak with the manager immediately! This is the last time I will ever go to this Kays. I would rather drive to an extra 20 min to go to a better kays! This one needs an attitude correction immediately!!

Customer service poor at this location.my second time visiting them and the associate talks to me with their backs turned.

So I've been here multiple times and I can say, from someone who's worked in customer service, they were top notch. My husband and i came in to get my anniversary band and Dyamond remembered us from almost a year ago. She even remembered which band I had wanted. The rest of the staff were sweet also. I recommend this place to anyone looking for any type of jewelry. Cause they will help you in any which way they can. Dyamond, were coming back for those earrings lol.

I got my ring somewhere else but the staff here was super helpful when I brought it in to get resized. Plus they took the time to show me the ins and outs of my diamonds that I didn't even get from them. Brandon was great. Plus it was really affordable and quick turn around to get my ring sized. Would recommend.

Rachel was absolutely fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and I had a lot of fun talking watches. They treated us like family and everyone had a great attitude. Definitely will be returning.

This is going to be something different I want to do a review on a customer and not a reeds employee just recently Reeds has lost a great and beautiful woman that was a customer of reeds and Patrick Henry Mall her name was Doreen Pegram she passed away on March 13th she was a faithful and loyal friend of mine and she was married to Simon program they had been a faithful and loyal customer and friend of mine since about 2014 they followed me from when I used to work at another jewelry store and came to me and Reeds and they have been faithful to me they are such a great and wonderful couple I am saddened to the thought that the rain has passed and that I will see her again I just want everyone to know and Reeds that we have lost a true and beautiful person that used to shop in our store I do hope and I wish the family all the best in this trying time this is a sad moment it's even sadder for me that I will not see Doreen again in my store in Patrick Henry again but I just wanted to share this with all of my Reeds family and to let them know that customers are valued and many different ways just not as customers they are family as well and some become even more than family you learn to cherish the people that you help and love during the heavens are opening their doors for you and I hope you have a wonderful life in heaven peace to you my beautiful lady. Stood in line for 15 minutes left and came back. The second time I stood there for 40 minutes no service with only two other people in the store. Not only that but another couple came in 25 minutes after me and we're seen before me. I was completely ignored by one person while she played with someones kid and the other skipped me. Just wanted to purchase a necklace and found out they didn't even have it other than display after a total of 60 minutes wasted of my life. Will be contacting manager would never recommend this store awful service worse I've ever been treated!

After being married for two and two years of searching every where for the perfect wedding band, we finally found it. Justin Owens was able to help us find the perfect band we had been searching for. He was very friendly and knowledgeable on his products. I highly recommend seeing Justin Owens for further purchases.

I went to get my second lobe piercing as well as a helix piercing. The lady who was assisting me did not give me any information or prepare me for any of it at all. I didn’t find out that they use a gun to pierce the cartilage until right before I was about to have it done. A gun should never be used to pierce cartilage and it can cause it to shatter. When I told the lady I would no longer be getting my helix done there due to the health risks she acted very cross with me and immediately made me feel uncomfortable. I got still got my lobe piercing done however, but she was very cold to me throughout the process and kept conversation short and blunt. Overall she was uninformed and unkind.

Highly disappointed! I spent a lot of money with this store on a engagement ring. Paid a 1000 for a warranty, complete waste of money find a good local jelwer the ring has been sent of for repairs and comes back more damaged each time and has been lost and sent too two different stores twice now. The ring is now not even round and you can see it just looking at. Was told they would put the diamond in a new band but was told I have to buy another warranty. Beware!

Went to get my ring cleaned. The man working barely cleaned it, practically threw it back at me then yelled you’re welcome at me as I walked out of the store (hint: I thanked him when he handed my ring back.) I’ve interacted with him before and he was incredibly rude then as well. Wish I had thought to get his name!!

Lady pierced my ear wrong and at an awkward angle! Now it's infected even though I've cleaned and cleaned it. Took it out to thoroughly clean it and found where she did it wrong. Now piercing won't go back in my ear. I'll have to wait till this one completely closes up and get a new piercing done, professionally, at a tattoo shop! Don't get piercings done here! Save yourself the pain!
