I had an amazing experience with the staffmember here this evening. Not only was she professional and friendly, but she went out of her way to make sure we were happy. It was our first time getting piercings, and she did everything to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with the results.

My fiance proposed to me Wednesday while on vacation. As I was putting away our laundry, I bumped my ring and the stone fell out! I hadn't had the ring a week yet! I called every store in the Harrisonburg area and no one had an on-site jeweler. I called Christopher Williams and even though they were super busy, they got me in and reset my ring right away! Total life savers! I hadn't even shown my mom or friends the ring yet! A beautiful store with tons of options. Christopher himself came out and met me! What a nice man! I can't wait to go back to buy my fiance a Tungstun wedding band. They are gorgeous and indestructible.

I noticed a flaw come up in my diamond after having it for over a year. I took it to this zales, in Harrisonburg, and talked with the manager, Jill, and she basically told me that I didn't know what I was talking about, that the flaw had always been there and after dealing with her and the district manager they told me they couldn't do anything for me. (At one time, the district manager was going to get my diamond changed. I'm not sure what happened to change his mind.) I was also told by another representative of zales that the issue I had was a possibility. I decided to take my ring to another zales I had dealt with before and the manager there was able to get my diamond changed out for another one without any cost whatsoever to me. Jill told me that they wouldn't be able to change my diamond and she was very unprofessional. If you want any kind of support from her, you may as well forget buying anything there.

The service is excellent. They always check and clean my jewelry when I go in the store. They stand behind their products and have replaced or repaired the few products I have had a problem with. The far majority of my jewelry has had no problem at all. I have necklaces, watches, rings, earrings, and bracelets.

Real nice place

I am so extremely unhappy with this location. And corporate. My fiancé proposed to me at the end of June I had my Everus engagement ring for less then 3 weeks and one of the big diamonds come loose, we take it in, it is gone for 2 weeks I get it back and a month later it comes loose again and they act like its not a huge deal. IT IS. I have been engaged less then 3 months and haven't been able to wear it that much.

We moved to Cville last year and I found this shop, so happy :), have 2 original necklaces from there. Just back today (9/27/16) for Christmas gifts for our 4 nieces. Love the selection, artistic originals, quality, and from local artists. Also the people that work there are very helpful and down to earth, not snotty (Erin today, who is also music talent). Met Angelo this morning while finishing up purchase, he is very courteous and gracious. Thank you and I will be back
