Bought a Open Heart Necklace here. Although it was the just the cheapest one, maybe 100 bucks? it has broken UNCOUNTABLE times, and each time they just try to fix the old chain. Refuse to either refund, or replace chain. Supposedly it is our fault. So bad, we actually stopped taking it to be fixed, and now it is just a dust collector. Sad.

Under new management and they are nonchanlant and rude! The jewelry is extremely cheap and non sturdy. I've had to replace the same earring multiple times and with this new "keep your receipt" policy its not worth the hassle!! Go invest in a more professional company!!
