This place is a joke. I needed a fine watch sized (e.g., take a few links out of a band). How hard is that for a jeweler to do? I was happy/willing to pay $20-$40 for the service. They told me I'd have to leave watch for a 7 day period. Yeah... whatever.

Jonathan was fabulous!! His customer service went above and beyond. He helped me find the perfect piece for a special eight-year-olds first communion. In the mean time, Taylor cleans our rings which came out looking brand new. Thank you so much!!!

My fiancee and I decided to stop into Reeds after leaving another big box jeweler in the mall looking for wedding rings. We were immediately welcomed by Chris who showed us their collection of rings. Chris was very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. I could immediately tell my fiancée was a lot more comfortable after feeling pressured at the last store we visited. Chris helped her find a ring she fell in love with immediately. It turned out the price was higher than what was on the sticker but he still honored the original price. While there he also gave my fiancées engagement ring the best cleaning it’s ever received. It hasn’t shined this good since the day I bought it. I would absolutely recommend Reeds to anybody looking for jewelry, especially if Chris is there. Reeds will now be my first stop any time I am purchasing jewelry in the future.

Natasha provided outstanding service when our son, 8th grade, purchased his own smart watch. We had a warranty issue within the first week, and the manager took care of it right away.

Really bad SERVICE.. lady serving us was very rude and stubborn. We were going to buy a bag and we asked if she had any unopened bags at the back, she rudely answered back saying that they are all new and there is nothing wrong with the shop! Therefore they didn't deserve our business. Meant to be a worldwide designer brand!

No one seems to be bothered about the clothes laying on the floor. I call that a soft walk, but be careful not to trip.

My mother was looking for some gold earrings for my children. When I first walked in a was taken aback by the beautiful items they had in stock ans was skeptical that they would want to spend their time on otherwise relatively inexpensive children's earrings.They took their time showing us the options they had in stock and then after talking to us and the girls took out a catalog to help them find exactly what they were looking for. They offered to order some catalog items so they could try them on, without us having to be obligated to buy them. They were truly kind and patient and the girls loved the earrings we were able to purchase for them!

I highly recommend AQ Jewelers! Stephanie is outstanding! She’s the person you talk to initially, she does the work herself, and you collect your jewelry from her too! She’s very professional and knows her craft well! You won’t be disappointed!

Every time I ask for assistance on my wedding band they have been done above and beyond for me. So blessed to have an honest jeweler.

This has to be the best fossil store I have been in, I wasn't going in expecting to buy anything but, I ended up leaving happier than when I came in and I got a beautiful sliver watch I had been wanting, the staff is great but Marc and Amir will make buying a watch 10x better and they're very helpful! I will most definitely be back🙌🏾☺

Afi is absolutely amazing! We had a horrible experience at Jareds and she went out of her way to make everything perfect! I now have the ring of my dreams and the experience was great. Thank you Afi for everything!

The old white lady was extremely rude. I came in looking for a specific ring I had seen online and she gave me attitude. I would not recommend going to this Zales if this is the type of people they have working for them.
