Under new management and they are nonchanlant and rude! The jewelry is extremely cheap and non sturdy. I've had to replace the same earring multiple times and with this new "keep your receipt" policy its not worth the hassle!! Go invest in a more professional company!!

I have had a similar experience as Michelle with the woman who owns the store - she comes across as a bit rude and snotty, and I found some of her stock to be overpriced, but she does get some nice pearls sometimes. I more often frequent the Bead store, a few stores down. Very nice people.

My mom has gone in to the store several times to get things and said the staff is always very friendly and helpful. They even remember who she is. They have beautiful stuff!

A friendly clerk helped me put together a really nice ring/necklace set right within my budget, in no time at all. Was in and out of the store in maybe 10 minutes and got just what I was looking for, or really more since I wasn't initially planning on getting two items. Couldn't be happier.

The only place that I shop for jewelry!

Went to get a ring guard, was told diamonds were loose. Sent it in to get fixed, comes back with no ring guard. Had to pay extra. Not even a week later, diamond fell out. Hey Jervarious or whatever your pathetic excuse for a name is, go back to Kay Jerwelry, cause you clearly don’t know what you’re doing at this awful place.

My fiancée and I loved our experience at Fink's! Dan assisted us on two separate occasions, and on one visit sat with us privately to show us the amazing and beautiful diamonds Fink's has to offer. Obviously, we looked at diamonds at other local jewelers but we were drawn back to the beautiful choices at Fink's. We felt comfortable making our purchase from this jeweler and enjoyed the personalized service from Dan. Dan even called after our engagement to see if I was pleased--umm, I am VERY pleased!! My fiancée had also bought a watch from Fink's a few years ago and it was that good experience that initially brought us back. Thank you Dan for your making this happy time in our lives even more special.

I had Anna custom design my Wife's engagement ring and it turned out AWESOME! She also makes tons of other custom pieces. I Highly recommend Lorak to anyone looking for custom Jewelry wok!!!!
