I love this place so much. Fair prices and they treat you like family. When my engagement ring that my hubby got from an antique store broke on the filigree I was told by another place that it's basically junk at this point and not even the gems are worth anything. No joking at all someone told me my ring was junk. So when I called them they were very warm and welcoming and made me feel at peace with a thought that I'm never going to be able to wear the ring that my husband proposed to me with however they definitely showed me some other possibilities to put the stone in to a new set I will always go to them for my jewelry needs.

Exreamly rude to my pregnant wife at the very end she literally threw the receipt in my wife's face her name is Angela she is the worst employee I've seen anywhere

This was one of my worst experience when it comes to customer service. The person who did my ear lobe piercing was rude and it seemed over confident. It felt like I couldn't even tell her what I wanted. I should have just left from there but after she put the gloves on I felt it would be rude to leave and I stayed. She did not pierce it where she had marked. Precision was extremely important for me because this was the 2nd time I was getting it pierced at the same place as the 1st time wasn't where I wanted it to. But, thanks to this lady, it's screwed again. I will have to take it out and wait for the hole to fill and also waste another $50! Gosh!! I am furious!! She was an african american girl in the early twenties. Go to any other place but not this!!

Wow. So many horrible experiences. Happy I checked these out before deciding where to shop. I will be passing on Kay Jewelers.

We have visited this location on several occasions and have had nothing but friendly service each time. And we particularly enjoy the ability to trade in what you've purchased from Kay's for its full value when "upgrading".

Karen at Jared’s was super helpful for me today! She helped me with a watch sizing and did a fantastic job. I always come here for ring check ups and they do a top notch job! If you need your ring sized it will be done in a jiffy, not two weeks like other places!

I purchased two pair of earrings on Nov 24, 2014, they were a Xmas present. I explained this to the sales clerk and she said no problem, they can be returned or exchanged up until Jan 15th, 2015. We attempted returning one pair on Jan 4th 2014. This same sales clerk just about jumped at me with the retaliation that they have a 30 day return policy, I explained our conversation to her and she denied it completely. So I got screwed, had to pay for earrings that were broke out of the box. I will never shop there again, I do not recommend this liar and thief to anyone.

The most helpful Kay jewelers in the Milwaukee area, I stopped going to this location because of management, and dropped by because of there sale and surprisingly new management.... great choice ... I will return... Michael and Lorraine excellent customer service

The three gals I worked with this afternoon were absolute delights. They went above and beyond helping me find hidden gems and new styles they had in store AND even chased me out of their store when I forgot my Sephora bag on the counter. Great experience!!
