The owner of this store is not helpful and quite frankly, offensive. We were told that he had voided a transaction of ours but our credit card statement showed differently. When approached about this, he threw a hissy fit and was quite rude. This is the kind of business that smiles when your money comes into their hands and gives you the cold shoulder when there is a problem. Our credit card company will be in contact about the dispute but what kind of business doesn't have a valid phone number to be reached at?

Horrible service. Brought my AP Royal Oak diver to have a strap change done, and after having them unsuccessfully change it, the sales guy lost and accidentally replaced one of the screw locks with a different fitting one. Also he bent out of shape one of the strap lug screws, put a scratch on the watch, and said I need to pay for ordering the replacement screw set (of which he bent the original). Also left the watch overnight on Sept 8th, when i picked up the watch on Sept 9th, the date on the watch was 15th, meaning they played with the watch. Wrote a letter to the store twice and never heard back. I will never recommend anyone to buy from this store or be a customer of this chain

I hadn't worn earrings in forever until I saw Paula's designs. I've bought many pairs in differing styles since then which I wear almost every day. Her beautifully crafted jewellery designs, that she makes with such obvious love, brings me joy. She's my go-to designer for jewellery!

Got a ring appraised ($50) and resized ($72). (Didn't buy anything from Shamins.) The appraisal went great and it was done while I waited. The appraiser (who they have come in on certain days) was helpful and answered my questions. They called me the day after I left the ring for resizing to ask if I wanted rhodium and that it was an extra $30. In the end, the ring looks nice and I didn't have to send my ring away. (Although they only do resizing on Wed and Sat, so I had to wait for Wed.)
