Excellent resource

I have been here to buy wedding gifts for friends and they have a wonderful assortment of Native art at a variety of price points. The staff were patient and helpful in choosing the right gift and even wrapped it up nicely. I keep going back to get gifts for friends and family as I believe they have a great selection that represents BC well.

I have been into the shop several times and Magdalena always gives me her full attention, making it a personal customer shopping experience each time. I originally went in to look for bridal earrings for my wedding, and loved the cute little boutique with all its sparkles and pink. Magdalena helped me try on several pairs of earrings and made helpful recommendations. She took pictures of me wearing each peice and sent them to my email after so I could see! I ended up buying my bridesmaids custom made bracelets in my wedding colors on sale, as well as buying my earrings. They also carry lots of other special occasion jewellry, and affordable every day stuff as well. For brides, they have hair accessories, sashes, and veils, along with their beautiful bridal jewellry that they will custom design for you if you wish. It is a "gem":)

Absolutely AMAZING quality for the price! I was referred to Pierre by a good friend of mine who just got married last year. Pierre is a creative, confident, and phenomenal jeweler. He is honest, reliable, dependable and very accommodating. I just needed my engagement ring sized and he explained everything about the sizing process in detail. He even tightened the small stones as the gold gets altered in the sizing process. My ring size can be complicated, it's a tad less than 4.5 and he perfected it flawlessly! He went above and beyond to make it a perfect fit. Pierre is such a great person that I felt like I wanted to pay him more than what he quoted me, especially for all the time he put into it. Now I have a wedding band in mind to go with my ring and I'm going to ask him if he can create a similar one for me! I'm soooo grateful for finding an honest reliable and truly experienced jeweler! Pierre you're the best of the best! Thank you!

Amazing quality of work and great customer service. I went in to get a custom made engagement ring made with a sapphire i had made, and Monika and Joe were top class the whole way. The craftsmanship of the final product was outstanding and better than anything I would have been able to find in any regular jewellery store

Horrible people that can only think of themselves. They do not care about the customers they lie just to sell you the jewellery. Do not shop here; there are better Jewellery stores in the downtown area.

If your looking for a cute one of a kind gift this store is perfect! The staff is friendly and there is one fun dog that works there too!

Terrible service, I was waiting behind a gentleman who was ringing the bell and they wouldn’t even open the door for us. I felt we were being discriminated against. Too bad.

Wonderful customer service! Jim did an amazing job helping my fiance find the most perfect one-of-a-kind ring. He was able to design the ring based off just a few descriptive words given by my fiance. He even gave my son a baseball!! Can't find customer service like that anymore. Thank you so much!
