Very poor service, I ordered a ring online and was having trouble with some discoloration even though I didn't wash or do anything hands on with it on. I contacted customer service and they told me to bring it in to the closest location to get it sent to a repair shop. I then went to this location and they didn't even want to hear anything I had to say once I told them I ordered it online. I then called customer service once more to get her to explain to the associate what to do. in the end she finally accepted to sent to the repair shop after all the hassle. Next time I would make the trip out to the polo park location to not have to deal with associates who don't have a clue on their own company policies.

Looking for a mens size 13 tungsten ring to replace one we bought last year that got damaged - purchased from metalsmiths st vital. The sales gurl was on her phone when we walked up ...turns out she was playing a game. We asked for help seeing any size 13 mens tungsten rings. She kept glancing at her phone as she told us to look over the rings and pick what we like and she will see if she has that size. I glanced at her phone in her hand as she kept looking at it...thats when I saw the game on her screen. I said if we like a ring and she doesn't have it in the size we want that wastes our time...the staff at St vital were so helpful when we bought our first ring and was able to show us the half dozen rings in the correct size that I was disappointed that this sales staff seemed more interested in her phone than us the customer prepared to spend a couple hundred dollars today. We decided into look elsewhere. Very poor service.

month after of being engaged, my diamond fell out! The jeweler was going out of business and was unwilling to help! I was reffered to Rattan. My heart was aching with pain as what should have been the best month of my life had turned into a nightmare. RATTAN SAVED MY LIFE. their price was beyond reasonable. They were so patient with me and they returned my ring better than i remembered it. Honestly i dont get the previous review. Its crazy. Thank you so much Rattan!! I will definately be coming back if i need amything done 💕

Ok small mall but seems to be a hangout for old men. Every seat in the corridor was already filled just after opening.

PoCo is the best store in the city for jewelry supplies! They have an abundance of stock and I can't think of a time they didn't have what I needed. Keep it up guys!
