can not spell well just know I am HAPPY with the service five STARS

My 13 yr., 8 month old Golden was euthanized in August. I must say this was the most uncaring, worst experience I’ve ever had with one of my pets. The doctor came into the room to euthanize her after her port was inserted and didn’t ask me if I was ready for it to happen, she just injected my dog with the drug and said “oh, this sucks”. My dog was still standing and I wasn’t even given time to get her to lay down and for me to hold her before she was euthanized. I was appalled at the lack of caring by this doctor. To make matters worse, her cremation paperwork was mixed up with another dog, an 11-year-old male Golden, who was euthanized at the same time/day, and when I was going home I looked at the paperwork and it had another person’s name on it. I immediately went back to KenTon and talked to the receptionist and I told her what happened, and she was very apologetic and assured me that this should not have happened! She went in the back and straightened out the paperwork and

Brody was treated so well At Brighton-Eggert. We could see how happy he was when we came to pick him up and he was playing happily with other dogs. The staff gave him the highest grades on his report card and we appreciate the great care. Extremely satisfied! We will definitely bring Brody to Brighton-Eggert again.

Dr Teresa is established and has a clean quiet calm facility. She is very good with our dog, Kitty.

DR. Hillegas is one of the best,caring,kind,knowledgable vet I have know in my 50 and more years of having dogs from Great Dane to Cocker Spaniel. My best friend Heidi a beautiful registered Doberman was a patient from 6 weeks till the rainbow and all persons involved at the Blue Cross Animal Hospital made me feel like I could go on. Bless all from secretaries up to the top. Dr. Hillegas even came to my home when Heidi needed her and I was housebound. Ps. Drs. ALL of them are great!🐾🐾

Recently I lost my Baby Bubbles due to cancer 6/26/18 but the staff has always been there first class. They really care and are compassionate. I will always thank you for all they have done regardless. Yes prices are high but was worth it. Thank you for taking care of Bubbles all these years. I am sure he appreciated it. Thank you again.
