I am from Cobourg but have a cottage it Orillia. It is always hard you find a new place that is as good as where you have been This was my first time at Junction with Tracey Donald. Tracey was very nice to talk to and gave an excellent massage. I do a lot of hard outdoor labor and I am now ready to go again. Thank you Tracey.

Sarah is an excellent physiotherapist. She has extensive knowledge in treating and rehabilitation of injuries. I recommend ActiveNorth for everyone. Sarah is thorough in her treatments and takes a hands on approach.

Excellent yoga classes on volcano heated rocks. Brab and Janet were excellent.

Perfectly secluded and peaceful location. Rough terrain and rocky. Bring adequate foot wear. No parking is available and you will have to walk about 15 minutes from the 400 North highway to get to this location.

I enjoy and benefit from every yoga and pilates class with Janet Dalzell. Janet makes everyone feel valued and she is a master at modifying poses to suit individual fitness levels. I have gained so much strength, flexibility and confidence from Janet's classes. Thank you so much for sharing your energy and divine spirit with me!

Had a great day filled with hiking, canoeing, yoga, meditation, and wonderful vegan/vegetarian food. Liz was a great leader and very good at fostering good and productive conversation. The experience was great and I will definitely consider Sugar Ridge as a retreat destination in the future.
