Always slow. When there is a huge line people go on break. I just don't understand. Get more staff on.

tellers never want to serve me, give me the 3rd degree everytime i go in and once had a teller throw my debit card at me and refuse to serve me

talk about HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE FEMAIL ASIAN MANAGER IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER I HAVE ECER MET IN MY 43 YEARS OF EXISTENCE....i went in to ask a question about my mortgage and she was very rude didnt listen to what i was trying to convey and then tried rushing me put of the branch. i asked her for her business card and she threw 10 at me.... WOW!!!! and even the other customers in the bank were shocked but a few of them agreed with me about the sub par service there! this branch was never lile this b4!!!! I WOULDN'T EVEN LET THIS LADY CLEAN MT SHOES BUT SHE Is running a bank lol!!! SCOTIA BANK VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR SERVICE AND YOU WILL LOOSE A CUSTOMER FOR A LONG TIME.

Looks like this branch will be moving a few doors west to the DeSerres location later this year.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. They were ultimately going to make an exception for me because the teller STAMPED A CHEQUE WITHOUT ASKING ME IF IT'S OK ....PUTTING IT ON HOLD. CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN SAID IT WAS NOT VALID WHEN VOIDED AT THE BACK. Wow. Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DO NOT BRANCH THERE. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A MINUS ZERO I WOULD. THE ASSISTANT MANAGER WALKED AWAY FROM ME WHEN I WAS SPEAKING TO HER. NOW THAT'S SERVICE RIGHT. THEY TREATED ME LIKE POND SCUM. DON'T BRANCH THERE AS OTHER CIBC ARE AT LEAST AVERAGE COMPARED TO THESE GUYS.

I'v visited this branch for last 3 years and never had any problem. The only bad is that sometimes to many visitors...

Last week, i went to HSBC Aurora Branch, and dealing with a lady (i thing she is counter in-charge or supervisor), she is very helpful, friendly, professional and efficient. Also i saw this lady very patiently instructing her colleague, very good！！！

Yes this $6.00 charge is not what we signed up for. Just a pure cash grab.

This is a GREAT bank and so is the bank Manager. When dealing with my mother's estate the Manager was extremely helpful and considerate. Her knowledge and actions saved me from having to go thru an expensive process. A far cry from the road blocks and headaches that the Aurora CIBC Manager put me through.
