LOVE this branch. EVERY STAFF is friendly, cheerful, receptive and helpful. They seem to genuinely care about your experience being positive - unlike its surrounding branches on Ellesmere and Vic Park as well as the location on York Mills and Leslie; too many times one or two of their staff seem TERRIBLY unhappy - in turn - in HATE with clients. LOVE the branch at Shops on Don Mills!

Way too busy here now with the closure of the Wynford branch and other branches it's crazy now. No parking and long line ups. Come on RBC do something!

I had sat down with Joseph (average height filipino fella), he answered my close to 30 questions and continuously assured me that I was not holding him up. He was so patient and thorough in answering every single question and allowed me time to write everything down. To confirm one fact, he even called TD Water house to be certain. The best part is, he actually messaged me to follow up when everything went through. There is obviously a reason he is part of the management staff, but worth waiting and booking time with him! There are about 10 TD banks I pass on the way to this branch but for me it is worth the drive, as I have lots of inquiries and a lack of experience in certain facets of my own finances.

We love the service at this branch.

They are never slow with my wife and I , but it is the clientele in this area that slow the tellers down. At least that is my observation while I am waiting in line.

Don't be shocked by some 1 star review. This is one of the best RBC branches in Toronto. Nice and friendly staff.

Decent customer service. This location is a priority branch (7 days a week), so it is always opened. Drive thru is convenient when the bank is busy.

I use this bank location when I'm running around doing errands for my business. The only thing I like about this bank is the convenient parking. The staff are rude and slow and it's never busy when I come in. I run a cafe and I've had a commercial account with BMO 9+ years. I like BMO but I can't stand the staff at this branch. If I need small bills or coin for my business I don't need you giving me a hard time especially if I'm the only one in the bank. I cringe when I approach the front door because I wonder what hassle they're going to put me through today. 100% without failure I have to deal with their attitude. I would avoid this location if I could but like I said earlier you can't beat the parking. Smarten up Laird BMO staff and look after your commercial accounts with a bit of respect.

Today Merry saved me, when I did a silly mistake while being overseas. Can't thank you enough MERRY!! Have been there customer for more than 5 years... I've dealt already with 5 branches of CIBC, none of them was as helpful and as professional as these people!!! I recommend it for sure!!

For some reason everytime I come here. Which is weekly. There is never any tellers working. And when someone does eventually come to service the +5 customers waiting. it's only one teller. Plus service from employees is never good nor do they ever apologize. Every time I'm here everyone is line complains. It is very inconvenient and unacceptable. The manager who runs the employees needs to be re trained because with out customers there is no point of this bank. Please change this. I am no longer coming here would rather drive further to get the service I'm suppose to.
