Car Rental

Very professional and great service. We had a mix up getting our deposit refunded but once it was brought to their attention they took care of everything. Good quality cars and flexible service.

I've always had a good experience with this location.

You get good cars at reasonable rates.

Scammers. They claimed that there was smoke damage but my husband and I don’t even smoke! They have charged my card over $600 extra from my invoice. I called 3 times for them to send me a breakdown of what they have charged me for and it’s been over a week and nobody contacted me back.

Amazing place with amazing customer service!!!!

I want to express my appreciation with truly professional and amazing service. Jim and Dallas drove my car to me and were totally amazing would highly recommend this company to anyone. Have never had such superb professional service as I did today!!! Thank you Jim and Dallas Diamond shuttle should be proud to have you two aboard!!!

No card needed

Such a convenient location if you live along Jasper Ave! I've only dealt with Harpal, and he is friendly and efficient. You can be nice and professional without too much nonsense bla bla. Perfect! Overnight drop box is available around the back of the dealership, by the service doors.

Friendly ppl!! Gave good deal!!! As always avis never disappoint me!

Convenient downtown Edmonton location. The service was okay given how oddly busy it was for a Sunday afternoon.

I have only good experiences with Enterprise. Their cars are always new and clean. They got the best staff; polite, well-mannered and caring. You can get great deals too. This particular branch of Enterprise is my weekly go to. They also have a shuttle to pick you up and drop you off within the working hours. They have a key drop and all in all they're your best bet when it comes to car rentals in Edmonton.

Very positive experience overall. Got my car in less than a minute on my way out. When returned it I left something important in it (it was after hours drop-off) by mistake. Called the next day to check if my item was found - and the person on the phone went down to the garage while on the phone with me, searched the car and found what I was looking for. Please note that the same location serves both Ace's and Discount's customers . So, my review applies to both because the same people will be there, regardless if you are renting from Ace or Discount.

Best prices for weekend rents in Edmonton. The prices during the week are slightly higher than Budget. The cars here usually are newer and better. Friendly staff.

Working toward an enjoyable rental experience...

It was a great experience, choose a Toyota if you can, they are the best.

Every time I rent from Discount at the Northgate GM location the ladies there are tremendous. They always have my reservation. They always have a vehicle for me. Their vehicles are clean and fuelled up. I have never had excellent service like this at any other rental agency anywhere. I highly recommend this location.
