Friendly staff, good service and clean cars.

Horrible. The guys arrive later than the store hours say and they leave before it closes. As at result, it’s not possible to leave the keys or pickup a vehicle during store hours. Avoid at all cost!

Terrible customer service. Do not waste your time and precious money at Avis or this location. Unethical business practices of adding hidden fees and trying to upsell you on things you don't even need. On top of that they lie to you just so they can get rid of you as fast as possible. Never going there again.

This is very close to CN Tower. If you walk from union station this is a bit beyond CN Tower on the other side of the road. It will take about 15 minutes’ walk from The Union Station. There’s only 1 person manning the office (maybe it’s a Wednesday) so if there is a party ahead of you there will be quite a wait. We are lucky that we are the first in line. Don’t lose the parking ticket or you have to pay $20. But you can also get a new one from car rental.

I rented mid-size car for 2 days. The price is little lower that other store but you should deposit $700 CAD with your credit card. I think deposit money is high. Car quality is good. (clean) A worker is very kind. FYI, if you want to speak Korean, you can do that because they have Korean staff. And you can drop off a car after business hour. I recommend here.

I made a reservation with my friends for a car the day before. When we arrived, we had to wait 40 minutes to get to know that the system is overbooked and no car is available anymore.. Everyone in the line made a reservation as well and nobody got a car. The manager didn't do anything except saying that we could wait a bit more so eventually(!) there would be a car available in the next hours! NEVER AGAIN!

The staff here are really friendly and helpful. i had a small issue with my booking and the dates and they couldn't have been more helpful in sorting it out. They were very flexible with me in terms of return times too as I was taking a long journey and was worried about being delayed due to traffic. would highly recommend

I'm glad I discovered this car rental place in my neighborhood. I used to rent from Enterprise and Budget, but their absurd rental rates forced me to search for an alternative. I've rented cars from this Thrifty/Dollar location for 2 years now. Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating service every visit. The cars I've rented here have always been in good condition and have been comfortable for both city and highway driving. Highly recommend this place to friends and neighbors. As is mentioned here, it's a very small location in the retail strip of an apartment building on Carlton, so it's best to make a reservation over the phone or in person - the website reservations don't work at this location as they must get their cars for pickup from a larger location in the city.

Best customer service from one of the older guys he was very reasonable helpful get things done ASAP maybe not as cheap

Gerry is an absolute pleasure to deal with! My partner Daniel and I have rented from Wheels 4 Rent for over a year now and book with him whenever we need a car. From basic used cars perfect for a weekend getaway, to new cars like the 2018 Kia Forte we drove all the way to Ohio in the spring, Gerry has something for every occasion and the prices are great. 10/10 would recommend (and do, often!)

I've rented a Tesla S for a road trip in LA, and an economy car for a long stay in Saskatchewan, Canada. Both rentals have been good experiences. If you remember that you are renting someone's personal vehicle and set your expectations accordingly, you generally won't be disappointed. I am just glad that there is an option available to normal people, to drive extraordinary cars! Thanks,

sold groupons- didnt say anything about regular weekends being excluded. They did say no hiring on public holiday weekends, but the holiday day is a Monday and they would not rent on the Friday before either. Ridiculous.

I've been going to this location since I opened my business 7 years ago. They always give me the best rate and service. Plus they are really nice guys. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.
