Car Rental

I have been renting cars here for 4 years and I am trying to get a return phone call about a billing concern and nobody is willing to call me back. I have left several messages but nobody will call back. Might be time to switch agencies.

This place is a joke. Highest rental car prices anywhere I've seen in addition to the absolute worst customer service ever! People should be ashamed!

Incredibly expensive car hire. $1500 for a SUV for 1 week.

Coming off a bad rental experience, I was skeptical about how straight-forward the rental process seemed to be. $59/day + tax only seemed to good to be true, especially considering we were renting an AWD Crosstrek to drive around, and wanted to go to BC and Alaska. It turns out, everything was very straight-forward. The car functioned perfectly, the price really was $59/day + tax only, no hidden fees or random charges. Thanks to the kind staff :)
