The laptop table is really good. It is so flexible you can adjust it according to the height you want. The finishing of the product is so smooth. Also it has holes which act as a ventilator for laptop heat to go out and the laptop can stay cool. Go for it.

Excellent service. Very happy with the quality and price of our new bathroom renovations especially the vanities and bathtubs we got. Service was very friendly. The salesman spent a lot of time helping us the first time we were at Kolani. We later decided to come back a few days on black Friday because Kolani seemed to have the best prices. Highly recommend this place

Good place for selecting outdoor furnitures!! The store owners are really helpful in offering advices. Nice quality furnitures. And I’m surprised to find that they are doing a storewide promotion right now!! Pls do not hesitate to visit!

We bought A LOT of furniture from the north queen location. The sales person told us that our order will be ready for pick up by October6. We dropped by on October 4 to look at more stuff and just to follow up on our order. Then, the guy assisting us named KEVIN said our orders aren’t available until October 11. We placed our order September 23 and it won’t be available until 3 weeks? And we were told when we purchased to pick it up Oct.6. Good thing we checked or else we would waste our time. We booked the day off on Oct6 because we know the delivery is coming. We were willing to wait even it means inconvenience to us. But KEVIN was very defensive and rude, saying YOUR ORDER IS ALL THE WAY FROM MONTREAL!! DONT YOU UNDERSTAND? I Told him we understand! But we are upset that they told us that it is ready in 2 days. He was arrogant and rude. So we just decided to cancel our order. If he wasn’t rude, we would wait for the order anyway bec we really like everything. Too bad they lost a lot of money and sales. They don’t deserve our money because of their attitude.

Salesperson Dagmar was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about PBK products

This review score is strictly for their customer service post purchase. Rescheduling a delivery date with them is one of the most annoying things I’ve ever had to do and the problems could have been completely avoidable

The service here is amazing. We were looking for a new couch and the sales associate spent a lot of time helping us out and going through all of the options and answering our questions - I would definitely recommend this store!

Disgusting behaviour!! Specifically the manager!. My husband and I purchased a $200.00 MIRROR. Plus tax & came delivered to our home BROKEN! I called to have them pick it up to bring us a NEW one as that is what I bought! A NEW ONE! They came THREE weeks later to take the broken one only to leave us with ANOTHER BROKEN MIRROR!! I called minutes after the driver left, as long as it took to open the box, and guess what I was told! Sorry mate we CANT come back to get the BROKEN MIRROR we just dumped at your house!!! I said, not accepting that !! Are you guys SERIOUS???I didn’t want to buy a BROKEN MORROR!! I wanted a NEW ONE! The manager then proceeded to tell me they don’t have anymore of these mirrors in stock and it would be 3-4 week before they got more!! Excuse me! I told them come Collect it I DONT want it! The manager was extremely apologetic and offered to remove the cost of the BROKEN MIRROR!!! Which may I add was part of a $4500.00 order!!! Month after month I check the bill and see still no discount removed!!! Nothing!! Listen carefully I’ve had my Leons card for 15 years and I have easily spent $15,000 in the store!!. You don’t deserve anyone’s money! And all they could say to me over the phone was sorry we don’t have any “notes” about this and our manager doesn’t know about the incident! Oh how nice of the shady manager not to know & make a note in my file or how about CORRECT the problem like you said you where doing!!!. . . Will be cancelling all my Leons cards today! You people make me sick! ! ! They deserve Zero star!

Great selection of furniture. Especially if someone is looking for a versatile sofa bed for condo... It is the place.

LOVE SHOPPING HERE...BEAUTIFUL THINGS... STAFF IS PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY

I purchased the transitional dark grey counter height dining set earlier in the year and recently needed to make a service/warranty claim for the bench. I emailed a copy of my receipt along with photographs of the bench and staff got back to me very quickly. They arranged for a service technician to come to my home, a very pleasant gentleman by the name of Darcy, who showed up within the specified time frame. I am very happy with the outcome and the level of professionalism. Thank you, Arrow Furniture.

My experience was just flawless - Steve was exceptionally accommodating and delivered on the service and product - we were very happy and will continue to source our furniture from Midtown Furniture.

We had a wonderful experience at The Brick on Dundas and Dixie. Raman provided us with spectacular service, He was very patient as we thoroughly looked at all the different options, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He was very relaxed, never pushy, just there to add advice and show us the full variety of options whenever necessary. It made what could have been a stressful experience (furnishing a new condo) a totally relaxed and enjoyable one. We were really surprised by a lot of the items available, and left with everything we wanted! We feel very well taken care of, and would recommend him, and that location, to anyone. Fantastic!
