Super cheap hotel. Has a bit of a bad rep but was a fine bed for the night

So friendly! Had a conference here with YACC and they have supported and shown real compassion for us young adult cancer survivors. I hope the conference is there next year!

Comfortable family stay. Rooms are somewhat dated but they are clean and large. Positives include adequate parking, proximity to Janeway and Mun. Breakfast is a bobus

Had a two day work thing in the board room. The room was a little too warm. But they brought in fans which, helped. They had water jugs and glasses on the table which they refilled. The had coffee, hot water, a microwave and mini fridge in the room as well. The only real downside was having to go down to the next floor to use the washroom.

The Delta was such a beautiful location for the CSBBCS conference. The bar selection was great and the staff were very helpful. Parking was also very easy and stress-free. Overall I would consider going to the Delta for personal and professional purposes.

This was a great place to stay in St. John's! Lots of space and well planned. Super clean, quiet, everything that you need to feel at home. Parking is available nearby. You are within easy walking distance to all that downtown has to offer. Dimitri was available to answer any questions, and check-in, check-out was easy. I would strongly recommend this establishment to family and friends.

Such a cool hotel to stay at! The check-in process was very easy, no front desk or anything needed. We simply found our keys in our envelope and checked ourselves in. Same thing for checking out, we just left the key in the door and it was taken care of. The atmosphere is very classic and decorated with crystal chandeliers and old vintage suitcases and chairs. It is a large old character home with no elevator so make sure you're ok with stairs or staying on the ground floor. My husband and I stayed here for the last night of our honeymoon and I wish we had chosen to stay here for the whole trip, it was that nice of a spot. Will definitely stay here again during my next trip to NL!!

It was a lovely place close in down town st John's. Close to George street too.

Loved my room , great brekky, simple late checkin and option for later check out at extra cost. Close to town.

Clean and inviting. Ashley at reception was very pleasant and helpful. Shuttle service to and from airport was fast and friendly.

Very nice place, no cheap but classy. Only inconvenient there's no ramp or elevator:(

Good prices and clean

I ate at ASA Sushi in the Franklin Hotel. The space was clean and well maintained. The service was good, even though there was only three staff for the whole main level (bar and restaurant).
