Most of employees are good and know how to treat customers except one with yellow hair one. One fish can make whole lake dirty. If the stone came off from the ring within warranty period for two times with no damage on the ring, you should apologize first before assume the customer did some hardcore hand play or whatever, you should apologize first because it is within "WARRANTY". and "WARRANTY WORK" is not your favor to me at all but is the contract and responsibility of you. I would not go back probably but if you go, avoid her. PS. Thanks to the other manager who was a delightful Asian lady for your service.

The owners have no concept of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Our soon to be daughter ( son's fiancé ) puchased a pair of earrings for the engagement party we are attending and while she was trying the earnings one broke. She went back to the store and the owners accused her of breaking it and would not exchange it. A further phone call to explain, resulted in the owner accusing us of lying !!!! For a $30 item that probably cost him a few bucks from India, his dealings were less than professional. My guidance to anyone looking to shop here is that, be advised that the after sale customer service is the worst ever I have experienced... That's around the world!

One star is being generous. Entered the store and asked about white gold and was told there was no resell value in white gold. We were not looking for a gift for resell value, looking of a keep sake. They suggested the mall as a better candidate for us. Had a budget of $1000. Extremely rude customer service. Will never shop there again.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. In house Gemologist Bill was very helpful in making recommendations on repairs and redesign. Have been going to them for years and never been disappointed.
