Yesterday (April 1, 2018) around 4 pm, I went to the store to buy a hair donut. The whole when I was in the store with a few other customers around, the three girls were just gossiping loudly at the cashier area and did not bother to greet the customers at all. The whole time, all I could hear was them talking about how another girl was "such a drama queen" and mean stuff like that. I don't think they were supposed to talk in an attitude like that especially in a kid's store. After I was ready to pay for the donut, the girls were still gossiping, and I was just standing there. Finally, one girl noticed me and said "Hi!" in an unfriendly tone and all of them gave me an annoyed look as if I disturbed their exciting gossiping time. I asked how to use the donut, and the girl said impatiently, "just look at the back blah blah blah." Even though I bought the donut because I needed it, it was probably my worst experience at this particular store.Please do something to improve the customer service there. Those girls obviously need some serious training and a talk with their manager.

Staff is helpful, deals are great, however selection is limited.

A great pawnshop, but this place is also easily one of the best board game stores in B.C. Carrying a selection of board games, card games of every type, and a gaming room with tables for you to play with friends there. Again it's one of the top end board game store in small town Hope B.C

Terrible experience. Bought our rings almost six months ago on order, came in and whatever sizes they were didn't fit. Rings got sent back, came in a month later, his fit and mine didn't. Couldn't get it on my finger. The ring is twice as wide as the widest ring sizer, so I bet it adds even more size, cause the ring sizer fit me but I can't get this ring on my finger. They said my hands were "red and swollen" because it was afternoon and they would "get in trouble from head office" if they sent the ring back again for a larger size. They wanted me to get my ring sized, even though the whole reason why we ordered was so it wouldn't mess with the settings and claws, and the warranty would be void. I asked nicely if they could try and get a bigger size and they said they would. A month later they called because a ring was in. I went in and it doesn't fit, they put it on the ring sizer and it's the same size as the last one. They couldn't have sent it back, it was the same ring. They just let it sit in the store for a month hoping it would magically fit? More comments that my hands are "puffy" and they can't send it back because they will get in trouble. I stupidly persisted, thinking that there is something they can do but there was no communication, like if there is no bigger size, tell me. If it's head office, let me talk to them and maybe they will give me the customer service I'm looking for. No, they did it again, for ANOTHER month let me think they are sending the ring back when really it's just sitting in the store waiting for my hands to get smaller. Finally after months of back and forth I just said "screw it, I'll take It home." Nothing seemed to make them happier and they gave me a little token necklace for my patience. Well, now I'm stuck with a ring that doesn't fit that hopefully fits by the wedding day. I'm sorry my 1600 dollar ring isn't worth magical customer service. Maybe if we spent 6 thousand it would warrant a little honesty. I can say if I do get it sized it won't be through this company. Should have gone to Michael Hill.

Darcy was very accommodating and understanding! Despite the long queue of appraisal orders from other customers, he accommodated my time restriction (because I live out of town and flying out of Kamloops in two days) and got my engagement ring’s appraisal done within less than 5 hours!! Make sure you bring your jewelry’s reports (GIA, etc.) for a more confident appraisal report, which is what I did. Satisfied customer!
