Friendly staff, horrible prices. Saleswoman informed me that gold items were priced by weight... upon asking the weight of a piece and being given the price, it was about a 400% mark up on the actual weight value. Now I understand they cannot make money selling at spot price- but a 400% mark up is fairly excessive considering prices elsewhere. Went to the Pickering flea, got an identical piece- same style and weight- for approx 65% markup of spot value. If your an educated jewellery buyer don't even waste your time going in.

After replacing claws on a diamond ring the claw failed and the diamond was lost. Went to complain to the shop owner and he couldn't care less and gave no response. Spent over $2K with this shop, I will never be back.

My most recent experience in Grimsby was with Laura and Melissa to create a "unique designed" custom wedding band out of all the precious rings I was wearing on numerous fingers. The decision to do this with such sentimental jewelry was a bit scary for me at first.....it is not something I ever thought I could do, let alone be able to afford ! Finally....out of curiosity, I visited Laura and Melissa at Harmony with all my rings and we talked about "personal and custom designs". I was so excited after speaking with them and hearing the possibilities of a ring designed with me in mind holding all my precious keepsake stones, I decided to proceed with the process of a "Custom Design"!! Everyone was so very friendly, professional, helpful and just plain nice !! They did not rush speaking to me and set my mind at ease with the process. I am very picky and attention to detail was extremely important to me. Melissa and Laura worked diligently and patiently with me on my design choices, were always professional, courteous, patient and super helpful ! Whalla.....the finished, unique custom designed, absolutely stunning, "forever dream wedding band"!!! I now have all my "stones in one band" and am "over the moon" how it turned out, and, at an affordable price!! I am so happy my curiosity took me to Harmony.....they did not disappoint !!! I would highly recommend Harmony Jewellers (Melissa and Laura team) for your custom designing. Pull out those rings you don't have enough fingers for, or don't know what to do with and visit Harmony House ! It is a store full of sparkly, beautiful things, talented, creative, helpful and personable staff!!!
