I asked on our local Facebook page of the best jewellers here in West Kelowna to get my engagement ring sized. Many people recommended AK Lam's Jewellers. I called and was seen the same day, and he sized my ring. In less than 2 hours I was able to wear my ring!! Ken was friendly and very professional! Thank you so much AK Lam's Jewellers!!

Family run business that treats everyone who walks through the door like they are family! 💕

Great selection of jewellery, very professional ear piercers.

The ladies here are amazing!! I came in on a Saturday about over a month or so ago to make get my Pandora fix of a shopping spree. All the ladies were so great to chat with and be around, def recommend everyone to go here!

Great disappointment. During the sale they were all very willing but the after-sales service was a disaster. Next time I would buy it elsewhere.

A number of years ago, I needed a new watch. Ryan Furmanek helped me find the perfect watch for me. Since then, he has given me great service every time I went in about my watch battery or expansion bracelet. He is always pleasant, helpful and offers great service!

Great customer service, very kind and professional employees. Come to this location to purchase or to Surrey, never to Coquitlam Centre, very rude and unprofessional.

The people that work there are very sweet and they have great jewelry selections !

Amazing! The moment I walked throw the doors I felt the energy this Amazing family held in there hearts. The Beautiful Mother and Daughter with the cutest grandson smiling, very welcoming. The respect I received was powerful, above all a day I will never forget. Thank you for all your honesty, i trust these Golden Girls 100%

My experience with this store was a good one and I will go there again. They have a very good selection of watches and their prices are quiet reasonable.

Had a custom sapphire engagement ring made with them - excellent service, pricing, and the ring is perfect!!! Thanks guys!

My sales rep was Jasmina. I absolutely recommend anyone to go to her. She helped me find my engagement ring and wedding bands. Help us make informed choices so we got what we want at the budget we had set. The rest of the staff were great too but Jasmina was the main rep helping us.

Awesome , the sales staff went out of there way to make my buying experience memorable , Also had some custom work done on my wife's engagement ring turned out fantastic highly recommend Arctic Diamonds Willowbrook Mall Langley .

Amazing work, and great service. I had my diamond rings retipped here because the claws had become worn out after so many years, and I was afraid the stones may fall off. At first, I wasn’t sure about spending the money to get the repair done, but the lady there gave me a good deal since I was doing both my engagement ring and wedding band. I was surprised to hear that the repair would be done in 2 days since most places usually take about a week. When I received my ring, I was shocked to see how beautiful it looked.. It hasn’t looked this sparkly since the day a bought it (which was 9 years ago!!). It seems as though they polished/cleaned it for free along with the repair itself.
