Jewellery

Large selection of quality jewelry with staff who actually know about jewels and gems ! Prices are way better than the big retail chains found in shopping malls. Thank you!

Overpriced stuff, the owner is arrogant and disrespectful, threatens you that there will not be a sale. I will never buy anything from that store.

Very helpful and friendly people. Their jewelery is beautiful. Very pleasant experience.

Shopping for watches and jewellery can be an anxious and intimidating process, especially for first time buyers. From my first purchase in 2011 to my last in 2016, the owner George has been an absolute pleasure to do business with! I always found his calm demeanour very welcoming and is genuinely interested in how I'm doing. George has always been very interested and understanding of my feelings and opinions of different timepieces and has always done his best to find the right watch that suits my needs and budget without any pressure to buy. For me, George has greatly reduced the anxiety and intimidation factor and has a store that I'm happy to visit on a regular basis! Thank you!

We got our engagement ring at this location 5 years ago. We have had excellent service every year when we come in for the life long warranty check ups. Doreen is absolutely amazing !

Once you purchase your kind of hooked, so the business model does not have to give good service.

Great

Ya my mom didn't see the "store hours" sign and two different workers approached her saying "we're closing in 5 minutes" and my said "I'm the one of two people in the store I can hear that" and the worker said "what's her problem??" Then my mom replied "wait until I leave to talk about me." And if I knew how to give this location a half star I would

Great experience selling my old jewellery, I didn't wear it anymore and the sales rep behind the counter was very accommodating and thorough in his appraisal of my jewellery. All in all a fantastic time, was more fun than I'd imagine!

I referred to the European Jewelry Yorkdale in August for changing the batteries of me and my wife Omega watches. Mark was in charge for that service. He was excellent, very accurate and onetime. He also cleaned up the wrist bands beside of changing the batteries. Mark showed his great personality by giving his service with smile. I wish him all the best in his life and career.

Top notch service from a sales staff that is not pushy and extremely helpful. I dealt with Abby and Jennifer whom were so nice and easy to deal with. They made buying an engagement ring for the love of life very stress free. We had a few design changes during the process and it turns out it was for the best as my fiancé cannot stop looking at her left hand. Thanks for the top notch service and look forward to coming back here for all my jewel and watch needs.

Great Experience !!!! Went in the Shop to sell some of my Old jewellery But first I went to cash money and money mart because they where in my neighbourhood such a long time waiting for them to just make sure the Gold is real Walked into Oliver’s shop I was done in less then 10 minutes Should have went to him first Staff was great and Friendly 10 stars for this experience

Good selection

The staff at Knarr in all the locations I have visited are exceptional. I was a loyal customer of the Guelph Knarr for a number of years while I lived there and happily transferred my business to the Oakville location once I moved to Mississauga. Always pleased with the quality of workmanship on repairs and pricing is never a issue. Lovely selection of luxery gems and watches as well as many lower price point more casual jewelry. I assure you you can find something to please any lady here.

ONE OF THE WORST PLACES TO GO TO. NOT TO BE TRUSTED WITH NOTHING! #1 WORST OF THE WORST! STAY FAR AWAY FROM HIM. ANY FIVE STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE! JUST AS HE WILL BE WITH YOU. RATED ONE OF THE WORST! ALL LOCATIONS RHEY WILL BUY YOUR GOLD OR ANYTHING AND RIP U OFF!
