Local and friendly. Did a ball park estimate for me at no charge. Recommended a competitor for a service. Small selection on display but are a small business. They can craft virtually anything the customer would like.

This lovely little shop has a variety of gifts of home accessories and decor. It also has a small, but very well stocked yarn shop. The yarn shop portion sponsors special events and holds classes and it has a cozy atmosphere. I was surprised at the nice variety they carry, in both price and quality, of yarns, tools, books and patterns, all beautifully displayed. There is something for every knitter or crocheter to fit their skill level and budget. I found a lovely, large hank of beautiful alpaca yarn at a reasonable price, even with the exchange rate. And the staff was attentive and friendly, but not at all pushy. I don't get to Sarnia often, but this gift shop will be on my list of errands from now on.

The owner of this shop is such a sweet, caring, beautiful man. He is genuine and not afraid to help when you're in a bad situation. Very friendly, I have nothing but good things to say about him and his store.

I had some issues with my ring. I'm currently home on vacation and stopped to had it fixed. Everyone was nice except one person. They all took the time to listen as to what I needed done and the whole situation. But the chick with the red hair clearly needs an attitude check. She was rude with everything she said and you could see it in her face.

I had a broken string of pearls. Mosher's did a great job of having them fixed. This isn't my first experience with them, but they have always been first rate, professional, and very honest.

He was horribly rude to me when I went in for an appraisal! Actually screamed and yelled at me and was swearing even! I couldn’t believe it almost. He’s a horrid little troll and lucky I really needed that appraisal done right away because I would have went toe to toe with him. Now I see he’s run off with everyone’s jewelry and on the front page of Times herald with a wanted poster! And was always late on his rent and was actually evicted. I hope they catch him soon! I see that are offering a 1000.00 reward. If I knew where he was, I’d turn him in for free!

I’ve had my ears pierced here twice, my original lobes and my doubles. Almost painless both times and no soreness after two days. Used the formula they gave me twice and day and spun them often and had no issues. Overall a great experience and I would recommend.

So I changed from 5 star to 1 star nina the manager that rocked no longer works at this store the new manager sucks and I'll never buy a thing from this company ever. I asked what store she was moved too she would not say.

I received a pair of diamond hoop earrings yesterday for my birthday. I wore them to Sams club and one earring fell out & has been lost. I didn't try clothes on, I put my earring's in right before I walked out the door. I feel these must have been made poorly so I decided to call the store. The manager MeLisa was so easy to work with and quickly rectified my situation. I am VERY pleased with Kays customer service. I feel they went abobe and beyond. Thank you Fort Gratiot Kays!

I stopped in at Lawrence Jewelers for the first time today. It was a bit impromptu but I have a daughter with a 10th birthday coming up and been wanting to change my wedding ring setting for quite some time. I found the pricing to be so reasonable that I ended up choosing a starter pandora bracelet and charm for my daughter, and a very lovely new setting for my diamond that was extremely affordable. They even took the two side stones and gold from my original ring and designed a pendant. The staff is friendly, not high pressure, there is zero percent financing available, and the prices are very fair. It is a family owned business and they make you feel like family while you are there. I will be returning for all my future fine jewelry needs!
