I rarely leave reviews because I rarely can make the time. But I have been shopping at Frontenac Jewellers for about 7 years, and I would like to voice my appreciation for them. I enjoy buying jewelry for loved ones. There has rarely been a time when I have wanted to buy jewelry them that there wasn't something that I couldn't leave without buying - their selection is fairly broad, and they always have something exquisite. But their selection is eclipsed by their service. It’s quite a luxury to have jewelers in town that I can trust to take care of my infrequent but important jewelry needs. It doesn't matter if I was there a month before or 6 months before, when they're working with me I have the feeling that I'm the only one in the store, and it's been that way since the first day I walked in. I just wanted to say thankyou to Shelly & her staff. I had a great experience over all Shelly found a great ring for me and also went an extra mile to surprise me with a discount. Even through the pandemic she assured me my ring would be safe and secure. And I was surprised my ring was sized so early. I love my diamond band !!! It's beautiful.
