Would give zero if I could! Zero because the product never came. I ordered some living lockets over a month ago and despite leaving numerous messages and sending emails, no reply at all. Nothing. Not a "it is running late" or "its been shipped" or really any explanation would have been better than being ignored. Thankfully, I can get a refund through visa but at this time of the year, I would have rather had the product. Based on the other review, it sounds like the product is shoddy so I probably dodged a bullet. I wanted to support a Canadian business but these guys are working part-time out of their garage with no supplies and zero customer service. STAY AWAY!

Was quoted $65 to size a ring then it ended up being $150 I would not recommend anyone go here

Excellent service, quality, and communication! I ordered my fiancé's wedding ring through them and we both loved the results. It is different and quite unique - and it matches mine! I have a Zora's Sapphire, he has a Kokiri Emerald :D 10/10 would order again.

The shop owner, Brian, is probably more knowledgeable on gemmology and jewellery than anyone else in SE Ontario. Has a great selection of products and even does custom work. Great guy to chat with and you can tell he's passionate about his work.

But their selection is eclipsed by their service. It’s quite a luxury to have jewelers in town that I can trust to take care of my infrequent but important jewelry needs.
