I highly recommend Yotopia, it has two beautiful studios and located in busy covent garden. Easily accessible, reasonable prices, and truly inspirational instructors. Angeline and Asma at reception create a warm and friendly atmosphere, the classes range form meditation, to hot flow and my new favourite Ashtanga with Luiz Vega- Super professional and mindful instructor. Your guaranteed a thoughtful, peaceful, and challenging practice. Definitely check it out!

Just renewed my membership because, having enjoyed the benefit for a year now, I don't want to live without Good Vibes. From the initial friendly reception I received when I first ventured in to enquire about ballet tone, I've felt at ease in the calm, nurturing and encouraging atmosphere of the place. I've found the experience not just good for the body - it took very little time for me to feel much fitter and leaner - but also good for the soul. The schedule of classes offers a veritable feast of activities (power plates, yoga, pilates, ballet tone and glow cycle) for all tastes and abilities and the expert teachers really inspire confidence. With classes on offer from early until late, it's been easy for me to make exercise a major part of my weekly routine, and I feel so much better and happier for it. Thank you Good Vibes!

It's a get in, get your fix and get out studio. If you want something more ohm shanti then maybe elsewhere?! Location is epic with a proper buzz. Great Pilates class with chrystella .

Just completed their 3 sessions intro. My physio recommended yoga for an ongoing issue. Apprehensive as an inflexible guy but I wasn’t the only first timer which was reassuring. Teachers attentive and clearly cared to ensure we weren't lost. Feeling significant benefits already which surprised me. Well rated

If you ever take a class with this yoga school, you will be immediately impressed by the transformative power of authentic teachings. The yoga teachings, that is. Decades ago I took classes with Gabriela Ambarus, the president of this organization in Romania. Imagine my shock to hear a BBC podcast investigating this organization (World of Secrets). The allegations deal with the tantra part of the school. In the 90s in Romania, I have heard stories of abuse and exploitation, and I experienced firsthand the power of manipulation and psychological pressure in this organization. For me, the result was to stick with yoga – and get out of there. Not everybody was so lucky. My teacher Gabriela Ambarus died of cervical-uterine cancer two years ago, like many other tantric practicioners. This type of cancer is caused in 9 out of 10 cases by the HPV virus (human papillomavirus), transmitted sexually. If you have sex with anyone in this organization, talk with your doctor and get the HPV vaccine

This is a very good class with very good teachers and you can't complain with the introductory offer to ease you in. There are also advanced classes with again, good teachers.

Love their activewear and this is the largest store in London. It even comes with a cafe and yoga studio space. The brand delivers lovely designs combined with functionality. Service is always fantastic too! Side note, the products can be pricey, but the quality is very good and generally last for ages.
