Bank

Beware - the 519 number that is listed is NOT a London number. After putting in your client card, waiting through 7 options you are then connected to an operator elsewhere. This individual then told me he would reroute me to the branch, and after waiting on the hold for ten minutes I gave up. I could not get through earlier in the week either and had to leave work to go to the branch to get my questions answered.

Good bank but insanely bad parking.

This is a drive thru.

Amazing place just near freshco atm work fine

Very welcoming

The friendliest staff I've ever experienced in any bank.

Really good service

Helpful staff. No queues

Best staff to have. Very helpful

If only a zero star rating was available - this branch would be most deserving. Come here if you only wish to use the ATM's. Don't hold your breath if you so choose to stand in line. The only thing you'll be depositing is your time.

My DD takes 5 minutes for what he wants. So short!

alice phan tricks you in a sneaky way . tricked you to sign and purchase insurance that is not necessary ....... be careful this person. .....

Parking lot is limited, however financial representative is warm and helpful to your needs.

This branch is exceptionally slow at processing. Cursotmer service may be nice however they are not efficient at all. Expect a 20-30 minute wait time before you are serviced at the teller, and everytime I've head in there are only 2-3 tellers available. 3 at max. Expect tellers whom aren't so experienced, no idea why things keep needing to be checked by their manager. I really hope ATMs can take over their roles, it's ridiculously frustrating having to wait 20-30 mins for any business transaction. Bring a book or soemthing, cause you won't be pleased about the wait. This is the reason I switched banks. Also, please communicate between your employees in English. Really awkward for the customer.

Excellent service

ELVIS SHEN (OR SHIN) - whom I do not even remember this last name, does not show care. We had a variable rate mortgage with RBC and referred by someone for advises. in light of the interest rate increases. We met him after the first increase and he advised it was too late to lock into a fixed rate. (This is on my part) but he promised to put us on his contact list. He promised he will contact us if there is another increase. Now in September 2017, another quarter % increase - no call from him. We tried to reach him and asked if there is any reason that we are not advised) - voicemails, and no returned calls at all. We might be small clients that you wouldn't care less Elvis - I get it. But if you made a promise, it doesn't matter how small we are, you need to do your part. I work in public accounting and we have alot of small clients too, but when if I need to deliver I need to fulfill my part. As far as I am concern, you dropped the ball and are unprofessional.

Always helpful n fast. Friendly staff.
