Over charging customers. I don’t recommend them to anyone. I think somebody should take care of this and do not allow them to do this.

Never renting a car before I went on a recommendation from my sister. They were very helpful and made sure to explain and double check everything before I got on my way. Plus they weren't expensive on the credit card.

I use enterprise because it's reliable and convenient even if not always the cheapest choice. I love picking up cars at the Houston Hobby Airport site. The staff is excellent always friendly and professional. And I use the enterprise app which is ridiculously convenient. However, I have one major complaint. The amount of money that enterprise requires as a deposit is too high. Asking for the amount of the rental plus a percentage is one thing but asking for the amount of the rental plus a $200 - $300 advance plus that percentage of costs is ridiculous. It's the middle of December (and Christmas shopping). My car breaks down unexpectedly, and over $700 is reserved on my credit card for the length of the rental when the original cost is less than $250. So after I thought about it, I realize that I had to pay for tow trucks, pay to get the car fixed, and come up with $700 dollars to hang in limbo for a week. Even after I've rented an enterprise car several times (4-5) in the past 6 month and returned the cars mostly on time and with no issues and enterprise has never had a problem with receiving payment from me. I feel like there is no reward for loyalty so I will explore other options in the future.

I like the car selection here. I always use this facility. There's always a reasonable discount available on their website. Overall, it's location convenient, very competitively priced and good cars.

Good price and got my vehicle to Ontario in 5 days where others were quoting 3 weeks.
