Really helpful staff, the building washrooms really aren't clean

Excellent service - consistently took care of everything for my international shipping at a very reasonable cost.

Very friendly and helpful staff

I ordered and received 500 quality, colour business cards the same day I ordered them! Very fast, friendly service.

Worse than useless. If i could rate this company 0 stars i would. Shipping a skid from richmond hill ontario to sudbury. The skid has been lost twice. You cant get in touch with any 1. 3 weeks later, they still cant find my skid.

Third time getting a parcel from canpar and each time I was at home and yet was given a delivery notice and had to get out to etobicoke to get my parcel. These guys are brutal.

Great place to work..pretty good bunch of guys

Delivery guy shows up and says can u come give me a hand with your package, it's heavy. I ask, don't u have a partner? No, he says. I tell him I'm sick, and I order things online so I don't have to lug them up to my 4th floor apt. He stands there and gives me a death stare... I refuse the package. Major "half ass" operation.

Do you believe in miracles? I certainly do, because Canpar is still in business. Who knew the key ingredients to success were mediocre customer service and subpar performance? You paid for a service and therefore thought you were getting a package delivered? LOL, that's certainly not happening. What can I say in this review that hasn't already been said to describe the unparalleled mediocrity of Canpar Montreal. I work during the day and cannot have the package delivered at my place of work. Canpar will not leave the package at my place because it is a triplex. Canpar will not drop it at a "SmartSpot" because it is too big. I have to go get my package in Lachine. I do not own a car. Called customer service 4 times and I was given false information. Mediocre. Avoid at all costs. It burns my soul to give this company a 1-star review and I ask the Google gods to invent the 0-star review so Canpar can get the rating it truly deserves.

Fantastic team. They always help me out.

Always accommodating and friendly!

Order from Amazon was to be delivered Tuesday June 26th as per delivery tracking reference. The weather was 22 C, sunny, bright blue skies and I get an alert stating the delivery is not happening because..wait for it.."Delayed due to weather Unfortunately your shipment was delayed due to weather. We're working to deliver it as soon as possible." From the tracking site.. It's on the way Ordered 24 Jun Shipped 25 Jun Was expected 26 Jun It is now June 27th.. Some weather related delays came to my mind.. the sun was in the driver's eyes, he lost his sunglasses, the visor in the truck was broken, the AC was shot,it looked like a good fishing day,Purolator does not pay OT,bugs on the windshield,GPS was incorrect etc.Thank God he is safe and it wasn't raining or cloudy in this "terrible "June weather.

The delivery agent was very friend. He carried my package inside my home to accommodate my physical disability.
