I can usually find something that fits nice and is unique. They usually offer discounts or have sales. Heidi is very helpful and wonderful! Deanna was also very helpful and patient during a subsequent visit. The parking is free. My only issue is the text I received the next morning following my last purchase saying that I was entitled to additional discounts, however, after enquiring I was told I had to return to the store for same. Thank you anyhow!

My husband bought a necklace for me and when he tried to return it a few days later they told him they have a no return policy. He was told there are signs in the store. Also he only received the visa receipt and not a receipt stating there was a no return policy. I would never buy anything from this store again.

Called to ask about watch resizing and was told "ma'am, it's 6pm on a Sunday. Goodbye". Totally rude and uncalled for. Hours are not posted for this business, maybe they should be.

Casa Lena is an amazing place. Its like walking inside a treasure chest! I've been shopping there since it was in Belfountain & followed Katie when she moved the store to Georgetown. I've always been welcomed immediately & treated wonderfully. I'm sure there are two sides to the bad review listed but have trouble accepting this side knowing the owner & staff as i do. In all honesty, I can't help thinking the girl is spun to think ANY store would accept returns on earrings, and who wants to buy something that might have been put in someone else's pierced ear?? Seriously wondering where this chick's common sense disappeared to!

This jeweller is very dishonest and doesn't deal in good faith. As far dealing with customers he is a rip off artist. He will cheat you if he can so my advice would be to find a reputable jeweller who you can trust with your money and especially your gold . Buyer beware.

Tom Hempen has been my one and only jeweler for over 25 years. I would not trust anyone other than Tom and his team to design and produce my jewelery. Hempen Jewellers is without a doubt the best in the business.
