I just bought my bridal set at this location earlier today. I went in 3 times and Susan was super helpful and patient. She explained my nickel allergy and made suggestions as to what I could do. She patiently let me try on anything and almost everything in the store dozens of times before we decided on a set. She was very friendly and I never felt pressured and rushed to buy. Will be going in for a resizing in the next few days. Hopefully that'll go as smoothly as the rest of my experience here.

Wonderful customer service. Made a large ring purchase which had to be returned for repair and eventually exchanged for another ring. We were treated with understanding and a commitment by Charm to keep us happy as a customer. Kudos to Rachel and the Manager for taking care of us so well.
