I have been going to Igor at European Master Goldsmith for years, and he always gives me top shelf customer service at very affordable prices. Recently, I asked him to make a custom ring from just a picture. The name of his business is a true reflection of who he is... a master goldsmith. The ring he made from scratch is absolutely gorgeous. He worked within my budget, and I was pleasantly surprised when an independent appraisal showed the ring had a market value higher than what I paid. A++

Bought my first and only watch there since I love this watch so much. Selection is good, quality is there, brands go from lower end to higher end. Staff is patient and helpful, the watchmaker(s) are incredible. Hard to find people still in this trade with this level of experience and attention to detail. Impressed.

What an amazing experience! From the first time I walked in, all the way to the day I picked up the ring, the entire staff was so friendly and helpful that it made the whole experience stress and worry free. I chose to do a custom design and Emily was with me the whole way through with so many helpful suggestions, even the rest of the staff was able to help me decide on those hard to reach design decisions. I couldn't have been happier with the end result, the ring turned out absolutely beautiful and we have not stopped hearing how amazing it looks! The prices are very reasonable for such quality of work, and the 3D rendering design and time to create were way quicker then I was imagining. Emily also did an amazing job being discreet about the whole process, helping me to keep this a secret (ask for e-mails only). My fiancee had no idea all the way up until the big day. Thank you all so much for making this something very special and rewarding for us! We will definitely be going back.
