I brought my ring in to have it inspected and all’s they did was clean it and marked that they checked it! I hope I don’t loose my diamond due to their poor quality check.

Zales has terrible customer service. My fiancé and I went in to get my engagement ring resized on August 24th. My finger is small so the store manager Nanette said it had to be special ordered and that it would arrive in 6-8 weeks. After the 8 weeks passed we returned to ask her what was going on and she sent another employee to tell us that she would give us as call. We tried talking to her multiple times and called customer service to get in contact with her and she would ignore us or tell customer service that she would give us a call. Customer services had no update on our order either. We finally put in a case through customer service about 12 weeks after we originally ordered. Nanette finally called us after putting a case on her name and apologized. She asked for another opportunity to order the ring. This was in the first week of December. She said that by January 1st we would have our ring and that she would update us every week. She did not keep us updated. We went into the store on January 1st to see what was going on and we were told that she was on vacation. Nami said she would call the vendor about the ring the following day to get an update. She called us back and said it would be ready in 2 weeks. We went in yesterday and they still do not have the ring. We have spoke to every salesperson at that location and no one has helped. All they say is that they will call back or ask Nanette to call us. It has been almost 5 months since we first went in. This is ridiculous. We will be getting married in March and I still do not have my engagement ring! We definitely chose not to purchase the wedding bands with Zales. Do not shop there, they do not care about their customers! I put 1 star, only because it required a star. Otherwise I would give them a zero.

I was celebrating a significant birthday...so, in we walked. As true luck (seriously) would have it, we immediately met Zachary Young. I'd been pining to add channel bands to my wedding ring that we'd purchased 7 years earlier at Warrens Jewelers. Zach was so supportive...pulling various channel bands out with various size diamonds set in differing mounts for me to try. He was never over powering, never pushy. He'd offer his thoughts if we asked. He's a wonderfully fun personality. So friendly and so kind. Thank you Zachary! I SO LOVE MY RINGS!!! THEY TURNED OUT SO BEAUTIFUL!!!

Pour customer service. After going in to cancel a lay away it took 2 weeks to get my money back. 2 weeks ago my girlfriend and I put a ring on lay away, so we could shop around some more. We discovered someone we know is in the jewelry business, so we decided to give her our business. That day we called to cancel our lay away, and our sales rep, Leia, told us we had to go in person to get our money back. I've never heard of such a thing, but whatever, that's fine. We go in, she asks for details about what we got instead, and processes the refund. We sign, shake hands, and bid farewell, planning to return in the future for non ceremonial jewelry. 2 days later she supposedly called and left a voice mail. 5 days later she calls back and tells me she left a voice mail (not appearing on any of my phones (work, cell, and home.)) and she informs me that instead of refunding my deposit, she had charged my card a second time, and I'd have to back in, again. I didn't want to go back in a third time, so I spoke to the manager. I live more than 90 minutes away from that store, but am in the area, 45 minutes away, weekly. I do not drive, and would have to Uber to their store. He understood this, but claims there is absolutely nothing I could do, and they couldn't compensate me for me $75+ in unexpected Uber fair, ore my 90 minutes round trip in time, to correct their mistake. He was very unhelpful in telling me to call their corporate office. I call the office, and after finally getting ahold of someone, the staff was able to convince the store to send a check to the head office, and then the head office will refund my card. I use future tense, because they say it could be another week before I see my money. They refused to over night the check to the main office, not caring that they're holding $400 of mine for 2 weeks after they were supposed to have refunded it. The head office was great, very responsive, and I feel they were doing the best they could to help. I liked a fair bit of the jewelry they had on offer, but I would never purchase from this store due to my experience with Leia and the manager. Gary was fantastic to deal with, and I feel as if he was my sales person, this mistake and subsequent sluggish solution surely would have not happened. If you have to buy from one of the big stores, go to Blue Nile. They have the same clarity of diamonds, with better cut, butter color, and equal price. Furthermore, while they do not offer lab stones, they do ensure all of theirs are 100% conflict free, and tracable to the mine they were pulled out of.

Excellent customer service and very friendly people. I worked with Harneet and she was amazing! I was trying to get a custom ring made and she was able to get exactly what I was looking for and kept me up to date with all the information as soon as she got it.

In Response to The girl claiming they signed her up for a credit card without her consent. That is NOT possible. You have to enter, name, address, Social, gross income, etc. There is no way you would have not known you were applying for a credit car. Lol

Manager Melissa Lawrence is prejudice and a bully. She verbal abuse me and treat me like a dog. I witness all her comments about Black people are criminal, if you're face have a pit and rotten teeth you're a druggie, You are profile customer how come to the fred Meyer jeweler. yes are liar and bully

On the two occasions, I've gone to the piercing pagoda in north gate mall, I've been disgusted with the customer service. My first visit the sales associate didn't help me until after being asked twice, in addition to not being helped she was very rude when I asked for the help. On my second visit with a different sales person again she was rude, and not helpful. I will never visit this establishment again.

Horrible experience at the Northgate Kay Jewelers. The manager has a horrible attitude, very unfriendly and absolutely no customer service skills. Gives a bad impression of the Kay Jewelers company as a whole, and more than disappointed that they would treat their customers this way when their products are expensive and people are expected to be lifelong customers.
