Do not go to kay! Spend your money at a local reputable store. I purchased a damaged item from our branch in bellingham wa.

Wouldn’t give a rain check for an ad item! Seriously? You ran out... how is that my problem?

I just stopped in because the pin on my watch band broke at the airport as I was getting ready to come to Washington State. They were very friendly fixed it for me and sent me on my way happy.

My fiance purchased our wedding rings at the this kay jewlers. I have had to send my ring back from there 4 times. The first time they sent it back to me with a bent setting, which is unacceptable. It came back two times like that. My fiance has had to send his ring back twice, because they forgot to put it back through the polisher so it was gauged up and scratched. The second time the manager had the audacity to say, you really want to send it back for that scratch. And made an accusatory remark that I had caught my ring in the bedsheets which could have caused my setting to be bent, after my fiance had brought up all the issues we have had so far and wanted and explanation for such terrible "repairs" on the rings that signify our unity. Do your self a favor and make the trip to the Olympia mall and visit that kay jewlers for professional, courteous service. Don't waste your time going to the Centralia kay jewlers!!!

It is my first time in this store and just trying to look around and see what's going on. The lady named Jadyn was very friendly as well as her other colleagues. There was a few customers shopping as well, however, these two ladies are very helpful trying to help thier customer. After observing them, I can tell thier customer are being appreciated. I think it is great because one thing for sure, that when the customer feel welcome Usually they will buy something even though they don't need it. I love this store! Always have loved going into this cute store and looking at all the cute girly stuff. Cute purses, cute cell phone covers, lots of cute hair assessories , purses jewelry, wallets, coin purses, nail polish and other makeup accessories. That's another cute stuff for birthday presents. The store also offers ear piercing

Not only did she help me pick a beautiful piece of jewelry but she was also incredibly personable. 5 stars easy and keep up the great work!

wORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN THE FIRST TIME I WAS THERE SHE CHARGED ME 30 BUCKS FOR A 2 DOLLAR CLASP--WAS FORCED TO PAY-THEN ALL SHE HAD TO DO WAS REPLACE MY BATTERY ON MY BULOVA WATCH--30 DAYS LATER SHE STILL HAS IT AND THEN SHE BROKE IT COMPLETELY TO WHERE IT DOESN'T WORK AT ALL NOW---TOOK IT TOO KAY JEWELERS TO HAVE THEM FIX HER MISTAKE--CALLED HER TO LET HER KNOW SHE HAD BROKEN SOMETHING INTERNAL AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME AND NEVER RETURNED MY CALL--NEXT STEP CIVIL LAWSUIT!

We have been a Benbridge customer for 16 yrs and have had excellent service from the Tacoma, WA location. Bob and Gayle have always taken of us and with each purchase it is a wonderful adventure. The staff are polite, attentive and knowledgeable.
