Worst Customer Service. Rude and unhelpful, the people who work here are completely miserable. Considering the price tags, you would think they would be more helpful. It's a shame they're the only authorized Rolex dealer in Edmonton.

I keep watching Lucifer over and over; now on the 4th time through. I wanted something from the series so I started looking for Lucifer's ring. At first, I found a bunch of clothes from the show but then I came across the Benee Rubin Lucifer ring, and there was no other piece that would do. I had to have it, and it is a beautiful piece! I love the raised pillow-shape of the stone. It is so well cut and the design of the ring is so balanced, every detail in proportion with every other. The workmanship is phenomenal. I'm wearing this on the same finger/hand Lucifer does every day! Thank you, Benee Rubin!

Wonderful place to shop I've dealt with Knar in the past and was lucky to have had them help me with my engagement ring, they were incredibly helpful and patient in educating me on what my options were, and ultimately they were extremely competitive with their prices. My family has also shopped with them for years and love dealing with them. Do yourself a favour and stop in, you won't regret it as they are the loveliest people and will ensure you have a great experience with them! I highly recommend!

Denis and Ruth were amazing to work with. My engagement ring has two very old diamonds that belonged to my grandmother, and her grandmother before that - and therefore were quite sentimental to me. The idea of sending them off for repairs stressed me out and so I was looking for someone who could do the work on site. Once I met Denis and Ruth, I knew they were the people! They discussed all options, provided me with a quote that day and had the work done the week after - under budget and in less time than they had anticipated. If I could I would give this guy a zero star review, we purchased a custom pendant after about a week the clasp broke and the gold plating wore off. After many email exchanges he agreed to repair these issues. when It was returned nothing was repaired, the way it was sent it was returned. I had to finally file a claim with PayPal that I won ,full refund. This guy is extremely unprofessional, harassing to the point of being a stalker. unprovoked personal attacks, cursing and rudeness. Save yourself the trouble find someone else.
