The employee’s are incredibly disrespectful. I had popped into the nail salon next store with the intent of going there after. I didn’t realize I had parked in one of “their employee spots” the employee tried to block my car in and get me towed. Not only have you lost a customer... but as a young person with many girlfriends getting married in the near future I will be telling everyone about my experience. Should be ashamed of yourself, you’re next level crazy!

Pro: the store offers some pretty, unique designs. Cons..what I thought was a pro turned out to be a con job. They promote their “diamond replacement warranty” but it’s not what you might believe. First you MUST have your jewelry inspected at least every 6 months and you MUST bring your warranty paperwork to each inspection to have it signed off (I am not prone to carry my jewelry warranty paperwork around with me so this is issue #1). Any failing diamond claws requires you to send the piece to their goldsmith (across the country) so be prepared to be without your jewelry for weeks on end (issue #2). Any repair to failing jewelry is NOT covered by the warranty and will be at your expense (as the manager explained to me this is considered maintenance and repairs...) To miss any of these details and your diamond warranty is now VOIDED...period! If you have lots of time and money to invest on your jewelry, this retailer might be fine, if not, don’t waste your time or money here!

Friendly staff and an amazing selection. The store is well lit and lots to choose from. You can easily sit nearby and relax while kids are selecting different items. Parking is very close by and easy to find a space.

Quite dissatisfied with this location. Before purchasing items I explained to Krystine I was from the Okanagan and if I could do a return for a full refund at another location. I clarified with her twice and she said yes. Upon returning to the Okanagan I found exactly what I wanted from a local store and then planned to do a refund at the Pandora location in Kelowna. I was told a store credit as it was not returned to the original location as Willowbrook is owned by Ben Bridge. Contacting the manager Leanne I was given the option to mail back the items which cost myself 19$ in shipping and I was not reimbursed for that even though it was their locations fault for not knowing the return policy. I was then issued a cheque in the mail. This whole process took 1 month.

Bought an $1100 necklace for my girlfriend's birthday last year May. I also purchased Ben Moss "Life Time Warranty". Just recently the centre stone in the pendant came loose and was lost. When we contacted the store where the necklace was purchased with our warranty plan and purchase receipt. They denied us any help to restore the necklace back to purchase condition due to the change in business ownership. Their lack of service for long time loyal customers is terrible. I will not be purchasing anything from Ben Moss ever again.

I am visiting British Columbia and when I was at Michael Hill’s in Willowbrook Shopping Center I purchased a beautiful rose gold opal ring and was extremely happy with the service that Manmeet provided as she went to great lengths to rush my ring-sizing in order for me to get it back in time to catch my plane back home. Thanks and well done Manmeet.

Love the staff! They are the coolest bunch and always make me laugh

Sent a ring in for repair for 4 tiny diamonds to be replaced in band that had fallen out. Called to discuss very high estimate. Employee was very condescending and kept referring to me as "my dear" and would not provide a telephone number for the repair dept so I could speak to them directly about other options for repair, to lower the estimate. When asked to have a manager call me back to discuss this her response was "I can't guarantee she'll call you back she's very busy" NEVER going here again, terrible customer service and no desire to help a customer.

It was my first time shopping there and I had a wonderful experience! I went in after looking at an item I wanted online. I ended up leaving spending a little more than I wanted and with two beautiful items, rather than the one I went in for. But I was very happy with my gift purchases for my husband. The service was wonderful! They did not make me feel obligated to buy anything. They did not give the sales pitch. But they went out of their way to describe details and give me the best service. Including modelling the items themselves! And not to mention they even cleaned my rings that I was wearing. A very kind gesture. :)

Great customer service.

Took 2 months for my fiance to get my engagement ring when he ordered it from this location. They kept telling him it would be a week, then they lost the paperwork so they canceled the order without telling him. Then when he finally was able to pick up the ring, the woman helping put my ring on her finger. Weird? Yes. Thank you, People's, for stressing out my fiance and ruining his Christmas proposal.

Awesome people with cool jewelry

Took my grandmothers ring in to get it fixed, and the first time they did a beautiful (expensive) job replacing the opal, but it wasn’t what I was looking for in terms of the stone so I had it sent back to have a lower quality, whiter, milkier opal put in (with no reimbursement for the cheaper stone, but they offered to replace it for me for free so I thought, sure why not?) When I got my ring back the new stone sat almost 3/4mm out of the setting and way higher on one side, so again I took it back. After about 5 days I go in to pick up what should be a finished product, and it gets handed to me still out of place! With the “we’re done dealing with you” kind of attitude she tells me to sign the slip; that’s the best they can do, and they won’t be doing it again. I won’t be coming back here, to buy or fix jewelry again, and I wouldn’t recommend it. That being said, where do I get my ring fixed properly this time? I’m not upset so much with the jeweler as I am the customer service here, because the stone is beautiful.. but still not in the setting, and I found I was treated like a child with a broken toy. This article is very important to me, and I’m disappointed. Atleast refer me to someone else who can do what I’m asking. $300 later.

Is Claires have squishy’s I love cause she is so much I just found out my friend at school has cushy she said is seven dollars I don’t know where she get it so yeah I really love to go to Claire’s but nobody take me there

Nice jewelry to look at as you walk by, but they should put the cheaper jewelry near the outside so that people who casually glance in the display cases might actually consider shopping here instead of at the bay, which has nice and reasonably priced jewelry.
