This is my favourite store the best part is that I'm very happy that Michael hills had a very good person working for them she's called Andrea because of that I would recommend this to many of my friends

They ruined my 4000 dollar platinum chain. Fused it together and told me they can't undo it because it's platinum. I also agree with the negative reviews here this place is a disgrace. Rodan jewellers as well ruined my Rolex Datejust ii when I brought it there. Any jewellery store at Brentwood mall is middle of the mall trash. Who fuses a platinum chain together without even asking the owner first. Then they give me the option to just cut off the fused part and keep it aside.... LOL what a joke.

My husband and I recently visited the Nanaimo store regarding a wedding ring repair. The ring is over 40 years old. The service that we encountered was truly exceptional. Diane was so very helpful and accommodating which was really appreciated . Davina and Nina attended to us on the pick up of the ring and they kindly cleaned my engagement ring and another necklace to match the sparkle of my repaired ring. I can't thank everyone enough at the Nanaimo store for their wonderful service. I look forward to spreading the word about the great service at Paris Jewellers in Nanaimo to anyone who will listen! Really nice people here, but my wife's ring was very thinned down when she had it resized. They fixed it again (for free) but I simply broke again because the jeweler messed it up so bad the first time. 1 star for workmanship, 4 stars for friendliness.

I've been using Excel for many years now, for maintenance and repairs on my jewellery. After sending my wedding ring in recently for a major repair/upgrade, it came back looking brand new. Trustworthy and talented jeweller!

Where do I begin!.. First thing I noticed and wanted to make a point of is the second I stepped into Golden Tree Jewellers I received eye contact from Bob. The reason I wanted to point this out is because I have been to many stores where I have not been acknowledged and they do not give you a welcoming feeling. The second I stepped into Golden Tree I felt a sense of security and I knew I was coming to the right place. Both Bob’s and Aavis’s customer service was beyond exceptional. I felt like I had known them for years. They were super honest and knowledgeable. I know I wasn’t the most ideal customer, coming to them with only one month left until my wedding!!! But Aavis and Bob were super accommodating and assured me that my fiancé’s ring would be ready weeks before my wedding. Being a very indecisive person, Aavis helped me out so much but also gave me the space I needed to make a decision. He was not pushy nor pressured me into making a decision. Aavis made me feel so comfortable. My experience at Golden Tree was like no other, and I am very glad I decided to go with them. Of note, all the other employees on shift that day were super friendly and they all made me feel special! You guys rock!!!!

This is THE BEST place to go for any and all of your jewellery needs! The most lovely couple own and run this shop, and you will get some of the most fantastic service you will ever receive. They are extremely knowledgable, and very patient, as they will take the time to talk to you about the item you are looking for/have made. They will ensure that you receive exactly what you want, and take as much time as needed with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your new piece of jewellery. My fiancé had my enagagement ring made here, and almost a year later I still receive non-stop compliments on it, plus I can't stop looking at it myself! The craftsmanship of their pieces is phenomenal, and the quality is far better than anything I have ever seen in your average mall jewellery store. Please check them out when looking for your next piece of jewellery, as I guarantee you will not be disappointed!
