I purchased a pair of 10K earring hoops from the eBay store back in July. I contacted this seller a month ago when I noticed the earrings were tarnishing and on earring actually was peeling. The seller responded back saying they were on vacation. I contacted them two weeks later and another excuse. They blamed my ears from tarnishing the gold. I have a variety of 10K and 14K jewelry. I prefer the 10K for hoops because they are stronger. I have earrings that are 10K from 40 years ago and they are still perfect. This is not 10K gold but gold overlay. This seller ripped me off $200 for costume earrings. Do not buy from this person because they are not trustworthy and won't respond back to me. I am out $200 - never has this happened to me before.

Terrible staff

Horrible service. Will never shop again. Bought a life time warrenty only to be told that I have several things "wrong" with my ring all of which are listed in the covered part of the warrenty I purchased only to be told sorry the warrenty coverage changed. Nothing we can do.

The employees here are unprofessional, unreliable and incompetent..

I always thought the store was for kids and teenagers but I actually was surprised I found two horses and a few other things that I enjoyed very much they always have sales I took my granddaughter there and they sell fake gauges and at the time they were having buy 3 get 3 free a little short on staff service butt there stores are always a little small I think it's to make it look like they have more product than they actually do but my granddaughter was happy

Their regular employees are fine, but at least one of the managers there is rude to both customers and regular employees. I won't spend money where they treat employees poorly.

Nothing but good customer service at this location! Staff is always friendly and attentive to my shopping and gift giving needs.

In my experience staff at this Swarovski store were knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to find an item I was looking for. The brand Swarovski itself has been great to me in terms of customer service, and I highly remcommend their products.
