Edison and his staff have been taking the best care of our family's cats for more than decade helping them and us through some hard and very happy times. Their work with charities and local feline rescues (like Annex Cat Rescue) is exemplary. Our family's current 3 plus 2 furry herd - among two households - are 4 rescues plus a walk in and range in age from 4 months to 12 years. They are always in good hands. Highly recommended.

The staff was kind, knowledgeable and friendly and even called to check up on my pet a few days after his shots.

Amazing and caring service. Will see your pets asap if anything serious is happening. Very upfront with their costs. I've seen them 3 times in less than a month from issues with my cat, they waived the exam fee the past two times since I only just saw them. Your pets health is their number one priority. Can't recommend them enough!

Warm and attentive staff make each visit easy and enjoyable. Email reminders for appointments and required docs/samples are plentiful.

I have taken all my cats to Annex for a few years. They have always accepted the different feral cats I’ve brought, regardless of their condition. Everyone is kind and helpful. Costing is reasonable and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Took my cat here for an ingrown nail and Dr Carol was so kind, patient and gentle with her! The whole team was also so accommodating and sweet with our pet, we have never seen her be so good at the vet. Thank you!

We had a excellent experience, we drove 4 hours to see the specialist, and Dr Mantivani was great, order some test and we were advised if her findings very promptly. The whole clinic seems to be run very smoothly, they were right on time for our appointment , no long wait times, great compassionate, and friendly service !

Great veterinarians and staff. Good advice and they don't try to sell you any snake oil. Unless you bring in a snake with dry skin I suppose.

Everyone here has been so kind as my dog is struggling with some health issues. Dr. Luckwaldt and Dr. Hester have both been fantastic. They are professional and deliver information with compassion. The team does follow up phone calls to check in, which really helps and makes it feel that they care.

I've been taking my cat Mewes to Roncy Village Vet Clinic for many years now. Everyone is so kind and friendly; I trust them with my cats' health. My cat has also had dental surgery at this clinic, and the procedure went beautifully. Highly recommend the service and staff at this clinic!!

To anyone who's considering this Veterinary Clinic I can highly recommend it. The people who work at the front desk are incredibly kind and compassionate and they staff overall is so willing to go above and beyond in the name of customer service. I wholeheartedly believe that they are first and foremost concerned with the well being of all household pets and that's something I don't think should be overlooked. Even though my little cat Luke is no longer with us, I'd consider revisiting this clinic if I adopt another pet.

We've been bringing our two cats here for a few years now and the veterinarians have been wonderful. One of our kitties had an operation to remove an infected hairball that was blocking his intestine and they were quick to diagnose and treat him. It is not an inexpensive place by any means, but they are thorough and I would say the price matches their expertise and skill. The one star off is only because some of their front desk staff could be a bit more attentive to customers. I've waited around many times to buy cat food while they finish their personal conversations or phone calls with no acknowledgement to the fact that I'm standing right in front of them.

During a dental appointment, DWAH failed to connect an oxygen tube to the anesthesia machine. My healthy dog Jackson went in to cardiac arrest and suffered severe neurological damage. I had to have my best friend euthanized the following day. This was a careless mistake and one that was 100% avoidable. DWAH has admitted their fault in this but the damage is done and people need to know. Just because a clinic gets some good press doesn't mean they don't and won't make sloppy mistakes that will hurt your pet. Especially if aforementioned press results in the practice growing too fast for its britches. Ask all the questions. Ask who will be touching your animal and what their credentials are. Ask about safety protocols and checklists. Put in that extra effort to make it known you are serious about your animal's care and hopefully that will translate in to professionals who are on their toes.
